Red Ventures: Director of Product Management | Bankrate

Headquarters: United States

We are searching for an innovative thinker who wants to be a part of shaping our future product strategy supporting Bankrate’s Home Lending transformation.  As a Lead Product Director, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for Bankrate’s Supply platform ecosystem, with primary accountability for Loantek, our pricing and product engine that underpins the home lending marketplace.

This role combines end-to-end product strategy ownership with people leadership. You will lead a cross-functional squad and manage a team of Product Managers and a pricing analyst, while setting a 12–24 month product vision to modernize and scale the platform in preparation for future growth and anticipated refinance traffic surges.

This is a high-impact platform role focused on reducing complexity, increasing scalability and reliability, and creating clarity across pricing, data, and advertiser workflows. You will determine the best path forward to invest in our platform and innovate to support greater personalization and prequalification capabilities.

What You’ll Do:

Product Strategy & Vision

  • Own and define the end-to-end product strategy for Loantek, BAP, and RMS, with Loantek as the primary and most critical focus area.
  • Develop a clear, multi-year product vision for modernizing the pricing engine and supporting systems to handle increased scale, complexity, and volume — including preparedness for expected 2026 refinance traffic surges.
  • Deeply understand the current state of Loantek’s pricing logic, integrations, constraints, and operational realities, and articulate a cohesive modernization roadmap from a product lens.
  • Frame strategic tradeoffs explicitly and guide investment decisions using customer needs, advertiser outcomes, platform health, and business impact.

  • Ensure pricing, data, and advertiser workflows are scalable, reliable, and aligned with long-term business needs.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Execution

  • Lead a cross-functional squad, setting direction while empowering PMs to own discovery, delivery details, and sprint execution.
  • Partner with Engineering and Design leads to ensure strong execution health, technical quality, and appropriate sequencing of foundational vs. feature work.
  • Establish clear operating rhythms, decision frameworks, and success metrics that enable consistent delivery and learning.
  • Partner closely with engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders to ensure these systems work together cohesively as a platform ecosystem.

People Leadership & Craft Development

  • Manage and coach 3 direct reports, acting as a people builder who grows PM craft, judgment, and autonomy.
  • Provide clear expectations, ongoing feedback, and coaching across discovery, delivery, stakeholder management, and systems thinking.
  • Balance being hands-on where needed while enabling PMs to independently drive day-to-day execution and discovery.

Measurement & Outcomes

  • Define success metrics tied to platform scalability, pricing effectiveness, advertiser outcomes, and system reliability.
  • Use quantitative and qualitative insights to validate strategy, guide prioritization, and iterate on the roadmap.
  • Take accountability for outcomes, not just output, and incorporate learnings into future investment decisions.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Ownership of a home lending pricing engine or PPE, ideally in mortgage or refinance contexts.
  • Deep knowledge of mortgage pricing, rate logic, eligibility constraints, margins, and advertiser dynamics.
  • Experience with pricing platforms such as Optimal Blue, Mortech, or similar engines.
  • Proven ability to modernize and scale complex, legacy platform systems.
  • Technical product or engineering background focused on backend, platform-level systems.
  • Strong product leadership with a 12–24 month strategic horizon and systems-level thinking.
  • Experience leading PMs or readiness to step into people leadership.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive measurable, revenue-impacting outcomes amid ambiguity.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Becomes the trusted product authority for Loantek and the broader pricing platform.
  • Delivers a clear modernization vision that improves scalability, resilience, and future readiness.
  • Ships net-new platform capabilities that create meaningful consumer and business value.
  • Builds a confident, high-impact PM team and increases stakeholder clarity and confidence.

Compensation:

This range reflects total cash compensation, which may include base salary only or base salary plus target bonus, depending on the role. Where eligible, equity may also be offered separately and not included below. Actual compensation varies based on location, experience, and qualifications.

  • Total Cash Compensation Range: $145,000 – $200,000

*New York City Total Cash Compensation Range: $181,250 – $250,000

Additionally, the following benefits are provided by Red Ventures, subject to eligibility requirements.

  • Short and Long-Term Disability Insurance
  • Flexible Spending Accounts
  • Holiday Pay
  • 401(k) with match

Affirm: Senior Product Manager, Financial Reporting

Headquarters: Remote US

Affirm is reinventing credit to make it more honest and friendly, giving consumers the flexibility to buy now and pay later without any hidden fees or compounding interest.

Our mission to deliver honest financial products that improve lives extends globally. To support this mission, we are building out the backbone of our fintech systems to ensure they are scalable, compliant, and capable of supporting rapid product innovation. We’re looking for a strong product leader to drive this vision forward!

We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to own the product roadmap for subledger and reporting infrastructure, the Accounting ↔ Engineering interface, and reconciliation and controls that enable month-end close and auditability. This role owns the end-to-end journey of financial data from engineering systems to the general ledger/ERP and partners closely with Accounting, data, and platform teams.

What you’ll do

  • Own the financial reporting product roadmap: subledgers, standardized accounting-event interface, journal-entry flows, GL/ERP integrations, and reconciliation tooling.

  • Work with Engineering to define subledger patterns and the Accounting ↔ Engineering interface: accounting-event schemas, API contracts, domain boundaries, and migration strategies for operational systems to adopt the standard.

  • Translate accounting policy and audit requirements into product specs, posting logic, SOX controls, and implementable engineering requirements.

  • Lead matching/reconciliation strategy and automation: run vendor evaluations, define recon rules and ownership, and deliver reconciliation automation for high-volume, critical accounts.

  • Own data lineage, quality metrics, SLAs, monitoring, and remediation flows for critical reports and journal feeds.

  • Run product discovery, prioritization, and cross-functional programs: scope pilots, set success metrics, manage tradeoffs, and deliver production systems with Engineering, Accounting, and Finance.

  • Drive governance and change management: coordinate Accounting, Finance, Product and Engineering; own go-to-production signoffs, runbooks, and stakeholder training.

What we’re looking for

  • 4+ years product management experience owning financial platforms or data products — responsible for roadmap, APIs, data models, and cross-functional delivery.

  • Practical accounting experience required: hands-on accounting experience with direct ownership of month-end close, reconciliations, and external audits. CPA preferred. Practical domain expertise is more important than the credential alone.

  • Proven track record of building and working knowledge of financial systems, subledger → GL flows, journal-entry design, reconciliations, SOX controls, and external audit processes.

  • Strong technical fluency — data models, ETL/DBT, SQL, and API design — and the ability to partner tightly with engineering and data teams on lineage and transformations.

  • Exceptional communicator and cross-functional influencer: translates accounting requirements into technical specs, drives consensus across Finance & Engineering, and presents tradeoffs to senior leaders.

  • Willingness to work East Coast hours
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or other related fields; or equivalent practical experience.

Carrum Health: Staff Applied AI Product Engineer

Headquarters: Remote, USA

At Carrum, we are transforming how we pay for, deliver and experience healthcare. If you are passionate about changing healthcare and want to finally get rid of surprise bills, poor quality, and high prices, while thriving in an entrepreneurial, cutting-edge environment, we would love to connect with you.

In 2014 Carrum reinvented the Centers of Excellence (COE) category in digital health. Today, 95% of the US population lives within 50 miles of a Carrum COE and our providers rank in the top 10% nationally. Our team’s execution has been recognized by the venture community and we’ve raised more than $96M in aggregate from investors like OMERS, Tiger Global Management and Wildcat Ventures. Our impact has been externally proven in a 2021 RAND Corporation study and featured as a Harvard Business School (HBS) case study.

As a Staff Applied AI Product Engineer, you will bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI capabilities and real-world patient needs. You will take a hands-on leadership role in architecting and integrating LLM-driven features into our core platform. While our foundation is built on Ruby on Rails (SOA) and React, you will lead the evolution of our stack to support AI-native workflows and build agents to support key business initiatives such as improving care navigation quality and efficiency.

You will work closely with Data and Product teams (including a dedicated Applied AI PM) to determine use cases that require LLMs rather than ML, build robust RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines, select appropriate foundation models, iterate on prompts, and design the “glue” that turns raw model intelligence into reliable product features. You will partner with our DevOps team to leverage AWS/Azure for simple and cost-effective cloud infrastructure deployment, ensuring that systems are both performant and resilient. A key responsibility will be implementing comprehensive monitoring and observability practices to guarantee the high availability, security, and scalability of our new AI services. Additionally, you will collaborate directly with our internal clinical experts to validate model outputs, ensuring your AI agents are safe, accurate, and truly helpful in a healthcare setting.

As a senior technical leader, you will own the AI engineering strategy, moving us beyond “demos” into scalable, production-ready systems. You will establish patterns for building “smart products,” model evaluation, latency optimization, and cost management, while ensuring we maintain strict data privacy and HIPAA compliance. You will champion Responsible AI by operationalizing the internal guidelines set by our AI Council, ensuring that fairness checks, bias detection, and safety guardrails are strictly implemented to serve all patient demographics equitably. You will mentor the wider engineering team on AI-native development practices (such as prompt engineering and context management) and collaborate with product managers to identify high-leverage opportunities where AI can radically simplify the healthcare experience. You will partner with the VP of Engineering and Chief Product Officer to staff and align delivery teams on your initiatives, while working with product teams to define project timelines and milestones from inception to go-live.

This is a full time position, the salary range for this role is $190,000 – $260,000 depending on level of experience and geographic location.

You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…

  • Define the Gen AI technical roadmap: You will build the foundation of Applied AI function at Carrum and have a direct impact on how Carrum leverages Generative AI to automate complex healthcare coordination and improve patient outcomes.
  • Build “magic” features: Move fast to prototype, iterate and ship AI-powered experiences that feel magical to users, such as instant answer bots or automated appointment logistics.
  • Architect for the future: Be the sole  expert on integrating vector databases, orchestration frameworks (like LangChain), and LLM APIs into a mature Service-Oriented Architecture.
  • Bridge the gap: Act as the translator between the “stochastic” world of AI models and the “deterministic” world of software engineering, ensuring reliability and trust.
  • Lead without ego: Mentor talented full-stack engineers on how to incorporate AI tools into their workflows, lifting the technical ceiling of the entire team.
  • Own the outcome: Take ownership of the full lifecycle of AI features—from prompt iteration and evaluation to production monitoring and user feedback loops.
  • Solve meaningful problems: Relish working with a diverse cross-functional group to solve actual pain points for patients, rather than just building tech for tech’s sake.
  • Prioritize quality: Hold yourself and others accountable to spending that extra 10% on a project to deliver great documentation in addition to the functionality itself.

We’re excited about you because…

  • You have strong engineering roots: You have 10+ years of software development experience and have been the most senior engineer on a team. You know how to build robust, scalable, high availability systems, not just Jupyter notebooks.
  • You are an expert AI practitioner: You have 2+ years of dedicated professional experience architecting production-grade applications with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama). You haven’t just built demos; you have gone deep into the complexities of RAG pipelines and vector databases (e.g., pgvector, Pinecone), solving for latency, hallucination, and retrieval accuracy at scale in customer facing products.
  • You go beyond AI/API basics: You know when to leverage prebuilt solutions versus custom LLM integrations and can apply fine-tuning and model optimization techniques when needed
  • You know the stack (or can learn it fast): You have experience working in a web application environment (Ruby on Rails, Python), have designed systems and know how to expose AI logic via performant APIs to frontend clients (React).
  • You include infrastructure in your designs: You are comfortable working with DevOps to design and configure Terraform for AI infrastructure, ensuring your services are deployable, reproducible, and scalable.
  • You act as a Tech Lead: You don’t just write code; you drive execution and elevate the team. You enjoy technical leadership through code reviews, architectural design docs (RFCs), and teaching others, while also project managing cross-functional initiatives—breaking down ambiguous requirements, managing dependencies, and coordinating across teams to deliver on time.
  • You are AI-native: You use AI developer productivity tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot) daily to accelerate your workflow and mentor the team on effective AI-assisted development.
  • You care about “The Last Mile”: You understand that a model is only as good as the product wrapping it. You care about latency, error handling, monitoring/alerting and the user experience when the model hallucinates.
  • You are data-pragmatic: You are comfortable with SQL and data modeling, understanding that good AI requires good data infrastructure.
  • You are entrepreneurial: As a member of a startup, you excel at going from 0 to 1, finding creative ways to use AI to launch new products quickly and make a big impact with limited resources.
  • You manage complexity well: You have experience handling deadlines, keeping many balls in the air, and prioritizing work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • You value distinct human skills: You have interpersonal skills and don’t have a hard time being empathetic, courteous, and friendly.

Why you’ll love working with us…

  • We’re a hard-working, humble, and compassionate group motivated to solve the hard problems in healthcare today. You’ll work with talented, experienced co-workers from companies like Booz & Company, Livongo, 98point6, Google, and Optum. We believe in using data to inform decisions, technology to make our jobs easier, and creative thinking to pave the future.
  • We are working with some of the most recognized and esteemed names in the country. Top hospitals like Johns Hopkins, Mayo Clinic, Stanford Health Care, Scripps Health, and Rush Health have joined our platform. Employers who use our benefit include US Foods, United Airlines, and large public sector organizations like the self-insured schools of California, and the State of Maine.
  • We empower team members to be autonomous and provide a collaborative environment where you get support and healthy feedback. You can bring your authentic self to work every day and are encouraged to help others do the same.
  • We carve out time to let go of work to celebrate our successes and have fun. We’re a remote-first company with employees all over the United States and two office locations in San Francisco and Chicago. We support our employees during the work day and beyond with flexible working hours, generous time off, paid parental leave, and opportunities to connect with coworkers both virtually and in-person.
  • We embrace our team’s diversity of thought, experience, and interests and know that doing so makes us stronger as a company. Carrum has an active employee-led Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Justice (DEIJ) committee and several employee resource groups (ERGs). Our ERGS help employees build stronger connections through social, educational, and community activities.
  • You’ll feel proud that the work you do each day directly impacts people’s lives in big and meaningful ways.

Other benefits:

  • Stock option plan
  • Flexible schedules and remote work
  • Chicago and San Francisco offices available
  • Self-managed vacation days, within reason
  • Paid parental leave
  • Health, vision, and dental insurance
  • 401K retirement plan

Signifyd: Senior Product Manager, Identity & Intelligence Platform

Headquarters: United States (Remote)

Our advanced technology, combined with a team genuinely invested in our clients’ success, creates frictionless shopping experiences, approving more good orders, protecting revenue, and keeping customers happy.

Trusted by thousands of leading merchants across more than 100 countries, we securely process billions of transactions each year. Our people are the heart of everything we do, driving our mission forward with commitment, empathy, and creativity. Join us on our mission to empower fearless commerce by helping online retailers provide superior customer experiences and eliminate fraud. Learn about our company values here!

At Signifyd, we empower businesses to thrive in digital commerce by eliminating fraud and enabling seamless customer experiences. Our mission is to build trust at every step of the customer journey — from account creation and login through checkout and beyond.

A core pillar of this mission is our Identity & Intelligence Platform: the first-party intelligence layer that allows Signifyd to recognize entities, reason about risk, and detect abuse across sessions, devices, and accounts. This platform powers device intelligence, identity risk signals, bot and automation detection, and selective enrichment with external data — all with durability, scale, and cost efficiency in mind.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and evolve Signifyd’s Identity & Intelligence Platform, including device intelligence, identity risk signals, bot and automation detection, and the strategic use of third-party data sources.

This role is responsible for shaping how Signifyd builds, evaluates, and productizes intelligence signals that underpin multiple fraud and account-level products. You’ll partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, Risk, and GTM teams to turn signals and models into scalable, trusted, and economically durable product capabilities.

This role carries accountability for the economic efficiency of the Identity & Intelligence Platform, ensuring that signal quality, model performance, and platform costs scale sustainably as usage grows. Cost efficiency is an outcome of strong platform decisions, not a separate track.

This is a senior, high-ownership role suited for a PM who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys platform-level thinking, and is motivated by building foundational capabilities that compound over time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the Identity & Intelligence Platform roadmap, including device intelligence, identity risk signals, session integrity, anomaly detection, and automation or bot classification.
  • Define how first-party intelligence signals are collected, normalized, evaluated, and reused across products and workflows.
  • Partner with Engineering and Data Science to ensure intelligence signals and models are production-ready, reliable, and aligned with product outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Engineering on architectural decisions that balance accuracy, latency, scalability, and cost.
  • Own the cost efficiency of identity and intelligence signals, including data enrichment spend, infrastructure usage, and long-term unit economics of decisioning.
  • Make explicit tradeoffs between signal lift, latency, scalability, and cost, driving decisions that reduce unnecessary reliance and operational spend.
  • Own the strategy for external data enrichment, including when to buy, build, replace, or retire third-party identity and risk signals.
  • Extend identity intelligence into bot and automation detection, leveraging existing device, session, and behavioral signals.
  • Work with Risk, Customer Success, Sales, and Product Marketing to translate platform capabilities into clear value narratives and deployable solutions.
  • Stay current on evolving fraud, bot, and identity attack patterns, and ensure the platform adapts accordingly.
  • Operate with autonomy and urgency, making sound product tradeoffs in complex, cross-functional environments.

What You’ll Work On

While exact initiatives will evolve, this role will typically involve:

  • Advancing first-party device and identity intelligence to replace or complement third-party solutions.
  • Defining how Signifyd detects and classifies automated or non-human behavior using internal signals.
  • Evaluating per-decision and per-event cost of intelligence and decisioning, including infrastructure usage, data retention, and enrichment spend.
  • Assessing the ROI and marginal lift of identity, device, and enrichment signals to inform build-vs-buy decisions and roadmap priorities.
  • Shaping APIs, data contracts, and internal interfaces to enable reuse, scalability, and future productization of intelligence capabilities.
  • Partnering with Engineering and Data Science to move intelligence from experimentation into reliable, cost-effective production use.

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of Product Management experience, with significant ownership of platform, infrastructure-adjacent, or ML-driven products.
  • Experience working closely with Data Science and Engineering teams on signal- or model-centric systems.
  • Strong ability to translate technical concepts into clear product decisions and business outcomes.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong sense of ownership, judgment, and bias toward action.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in fraud, trust and safety, identity, or security domains.
  • Familiarity with device intelligence, bot detection, session analysis, or risk decisioning systems.
  • Experience evaluating or integrating third-party data or enrichment services.
  • Background in scaling foundational capabilities used across multiple products.

Deepgram: Staff Product Analyst

Headquarters: USA | Remote

Company Overview

Deepgram is the leading platform underpinning the emerging trillion-dollar Voice AI economy, providing real-time APIs for speech-to-text (STT), text-to-speech (TTS), and building production-grade voice agents at scale. More than 200,000 developers and 1,300+ organizations build voice offerings that are ‘Powered by Deepgram’, including Twilio, Cloudflare, Sierra, Decagon, Vapi, Daily, Cresta, Granola, and Jack in the Box. Deepgram’s voice-native foundation models are accessed through cloud APIs or as self-hosted and on-premises software, with unmatched accuracy, low latency, and cost efficiency. Backed by a recent Series C led by leading global investors and strategic partners, Deepgram has processed over 50,000 years of audio and transcribed more than 1 trillion words. There is no organization in the world that understands voice better than Deepgram.

Company Operating Rhythm

At Deepgram, we expect an AI-first mindset—AI use and comfort aren’t optional, they’re core to how we operate, innovate, and measure performance.

Every team member who works at Deepgram is expected to actively use and experiment with advanced AI tools, and even build your own into your everyday work. We measure how effectively AI is applied to deliver results, and consistent, creative use of the latest AI capabilities is key to success here. Candidates should be comfortable adopting new models and modes quickly, integrating AI into their workflows, and continuously pushing the boundaries of what these technologies can do.

Additionally, we move at the pace of AI. Change is rapid, and you can expect your day-to-day work to evolve just as quickly. This may not be the right role if you’re not excited to experiment, adapt, think on your feet, and learn constantly, or if you’re seeking something highly prescriptive with a traditional 9-to-5.

Deepgram is looking for a Staff Product Analyst to accelerate our evolution from a single-product transcription company to a comprehensive voice AI platform. You’ll be the first product analyst on our team, reporting to our VP of Product and partnering directly with product managers and designers to build the measurement infrastructure and experimentation frameworks that help us scale self-serve and product adoption.

As the founding analyst, you’ll establish the analytics foundation for our product team—building pipelines, defining frameworks, and creating the systems that help product managers, designers, and engineers make faster, and more impactful decisions. You’ll start with a laser focus on our self-serve funnel, driving conversion from signup to first programmatic API/SDK request, knowing that this optimization directly feeds both self-serve revenue and sales-qualified leads. As you establish this foundation, your scope will expand to help identify patterns across our multi-product portfolio and inform strategic investment decisions.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the analytics strategy for self-serve growth—design experiments, build measurement infrastructure, and drive insights that increase conversion from signup to first programmatic request

  • Build robust, repeatable analytics pipelines and dashboards from the ground up using Superset and Heap Analytics

  • Partner directly with product managers and designers to define success metrics, establish baselines, and instrument products correctly

  • Design and analyze experiments across the developer journey, with deep understanding of API/SDK adoption patterns

  • Collaborate with analytics partners in Marketing and Sales to connect product usage signals with acquisition, activation, and downstream sales outcomes, building a holistic view of the end-to-end PLG funnel

  • Surface patterns in product usage across our growing portfolio to identify high-value use cases, customer segments, and where to double down on investment

  • Serve as the analytical partner to Product leadership: synthesize insights across multiple products and use cases to identify patterns that inform longer-term product strategy and investment decisions

  • Establish experimentation best practices and analytical rigor as the team scales PLG motions

  • Translate complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations that shape product roadmap and investment decisions

  • Build the analytics muscle for the team—creating frameworks and systems that enable PMs to self-serve insights while you focus on strategic analysis

You’ll Love This Role If You

  • Have the seniority and leadership to define what “good” looks like for product analytics at Deepgram

  • Get energized by being the first—building systems from scratch and establishing foundational practices

  • Can balance deep analytical work with strategic pattern recognition across a multi-product portfolio

  • Have strong opinions on experimentation methodology and PLG measurement, backed by experience

  • Thrive in ambiguity and can define the right questions to ask, not just answer requests

  • Love partnering closely with product leadership to shape strategy in real-time

  • Bring natural customer empathy and curiosity, as well as openness to try new tools/AI workflows to maximize analytics efficiency

It’s Important to Us That You Have

  • Staff-level expertise in product analytics, with proven ability to lead analytics strategy (we care more about expertise and leadership than years of experience)

  • Demonstrated track record of accelerating self-serve or PLG growth at a previous company, particularly driving conversion in developer-focused products

  • Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience working directly with data warehouses

  • Proven ability to build dashboards and analytics infrastructure yourself—you don’t need a data engineering team to be effective

  • Deep experience designing, running, and analyzing experiments with statistical rigor

  • Understanding of developer behavior and API/SDK adoption patterns—you know what signals matter for programmatic usage

  • Experience being the first or founding analyst on a team—comfortable building everything from scratch

  • Leadership presence to establish best practices and mentor PMs on data literacy

  • Excellent communication skills to translate technical findings into strategic recommendations for executives

It Would Be Great If You Had

  • Experience with Superset and Heap Analytics (or similar tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker, Mode)

  • Background in B2B SaaS with both self-serve and enterprise motions

  • Understanding of multi-product portfolio dynamics and how to measure cross-product patterns

  • Experience with usage-based pricing models or real-time streaming data products

  • Deep knowledge of product instrumentation and event tracking best practices

  • Expertise in advanced statistical methods beyond basic A/B testing (causal inference, cohort analysis, time-series analysis)

  • Experience working in voice AI, ML/AI platforms, or developer tools

Benefits & Perks

Holistic health

  • Medical, dental, vision benefits

  • Annual wellness stipend

  • Mental health support

  • Life, STD, LTD Income Insurance Plans

Work/life blend

  • Unlimited PTO

  • Generous paid parental leave

  • Flexible schedule

  • 12 Paid US company holidays

  • Quarterly personal productivity stipend

  • One-time stipend for home office upgrades

  • 401(k) plan with company match

  • Tax Savings Programs

Continuous learning

  • Learning / Education stipend

  • Participation in talks and conferences

  • Employee Resource Groups

  • AI enablement workshops / sessions

Backed by prominent investors including Y Combinator, Madrona, Tiger Global, Wing VC and NVIDIA, Deepgram has raised over $215M in total funding. If you’re looking to work on cutting-edge technology and make a significant impact in the AI industry, we’d love to hear from you!

Deepgram is an equal opportunity employer. We want all voices and perspectives represented in our workforce. We are a curious bunch focused on collaboration and doing the right thing. We put our customers first, grow together and move quickly. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, marital status, veteran status, disability status, pregnancy, parental status, genetic information, political affiliation, or any other status protected by the laws or regulations in the locations where we operate.

Hard Rock Digital: Product Analyst – Back Office

Headquarters: ENG, United Kingdom

Job description

What are we building?

Hard Rock Digital is on a mission to become the premier destination for online sportsbook, gaming, and social gaming. We’re building products for millions of users with integrity, innovation, and a deep respect for the regulatory frameworks that govern our industry.

Rooted in the legacy of Hard Rock and the Seminole Tribe of Florida, our brand is synonymous with excellence in entertainment, gaming, and hospitality, and we’re bringing that same standard to the digital space. Ready to join a team built for growth and impact?

What’s the position?

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Product Analyst to support the development of our internal admin tools and frameworks. In this role, you will work closely with product managers, engineers, and operational stakeholders to improve the tools that power our business behind the scenes.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop strong product fundamentals while contributing to critical internal systems that directly impact daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist product leaders in developing and executing the product roadmap by supporting research, requirements gathering, documentation, and backlog grooming

  • Help refine and document requirements to support the development of internal tools

  • Gather feedback from teams to understand operational pain points and feature needs

  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and QA teams throughout feature development and testing

  • Support product-related questions and issues by working with operations, support, and technical teams to investigate and resolve problems

  • Assist in tracking basic KPIs related to tool performance, adoption, and operational efficiency

  • Support internal stakeholder communication by documenting requirements, updates, and key decisions

  • Apply agile development practices in a fast-paced, iterative environment

  • Leverage a startup mindset by taking ownership of your work and driving toward high-quality outcomes

Job requirements

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a motivated, analytical problem-solver who is eager to learn and contribute to the development and improvement of internal operational tools. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable getting into the weeds, and naturally curious about how systems actually work.

This is not an engineering role, but you should be comfortable investigating issues independently. This includes opening browser developer tools, examining data flows, reviewing configurations when appropriate, and tracing problems to their root cause rather than stopping at surface-level explanations. You take ownership of problems, ask the right questions, and do not move on until you understand why something behaves the way it does.

You are driven by improving internal workflows and enabling teams to work more effectively. You bring a hands-on, investigative mindset to every initiative, with a focus on delivering reliable, well-understood solutions that meaningfully support the business.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A basic understanding of product development processes and methodologies

  • A strong interest in process automation and workflow optimization

  • Comfort working with data and internal tools such as dashboards, admin interfaces, spreadsheets, or basic queries

  • A passion for learning and an eagerness to contribute in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaborating across teams

  • Excellent teamwork skills, including the ability to work across multiple time zones

  • Basic analytical skills to track tool performance and identify areas for improvement

  • A bias toward action, with the ability to move work forward without waiting for perfect direction

What’s in it for you?

We offer our employees more than just competitive compensation. Our team benefits include:

  • Competitive pay and benefits

  • Flexible vacation allowance

  • Flexible work from home or office hours

  • Startup culture backed by a secure, global brand

  • Opportunity to build products enjoyed by millions as part of a passionate team

Roster of Uniques

We care deeply about every interaction our customers have with us, and trust and empower our staff to own and drive their experience. Our vision for our business and customers is built on fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment where regardless of background or beliefs you feel able to be authentic and bring all your talent into play. We want to celebrate you being you (we are an equal opportunity employer).

All done!
