Creative & Funnel Strategy

  • Partner with creative teams to develop high-performing ad concepts, messaging, and offers

Client & Project Leadership

  • Lead client communication, strategy discussions, and performance reviews
  • Maintain strong project management practices across multiple accounts (Asana, internal workflows)
  • Set quality standards and ensure consistent execution across campaigns

Qualifications

Required

  • 5+ years of experience in paid media strategy, ideally in an agency or multi-client environment

  • Experience working across SaaS, ecommerce, and/or multi-location service businesses
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to connect marketing performance to revenue outcomes
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to present strategy and performance to clients
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and low tolerance for poor execution

Tools & Technology

Experience with major paid platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn), analytics tools (GA4, Looker Studio), and reporting platforms. Comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency in research, creative iteration, and optimization while maintaining high-quality strategic output. Project management through Asana.

Everis: Marketing – Growth, Content & Acquisition

Headquarters: Las Vegas, Nevada

URL: https://everis.ai/

100% remote. No direct marketing job experience necessary. We hire based on demonstrated results, not resumes. If you’ve built an audience, grown a channel, launched campaigns that worked, or created content that moved the needle – even on your own projects – we want to hear from you.

Why this is the best job on the planet for a marketer with skill and ambition:

  • Great starting salary.

  • You will work on real products with real customers, and you’ll see your marketing efforts directly impact traffic, signups, revenue, and brand awareness.

  • You don’t need a marketing degree or years of agency experience. What matters is that you’ve already proven you can get results through your own initiative – whether that’s growing a social media following, running ads that converted, writing content that ranked, building an email list, or anything else that moved real numbers.

  • You will have an opportunity to get equity in the business.

  • You’ll help take recently acquired apps and businesses from unknown to well-known, driving growth across multiple products simultaneously.

  • This is an environment where you will be stretched and learn faster than pretty much any other role because it’s very hands-on and practical with the ability to take on responsibilities fast.

What you’ll work on

Really, it’s up to you what areas of marketing you focus on. You can focus on your own strengths as long as you’re delivering results. You don’t have to be across all areas of marketing, and you can specialize in what you do best. Having said that, here are some potential areas that you can get involved with:

  • Planning and executing marketing campaigns across channels – social media, content, email, paid ads, SEO, partnerships, or whatever works best for each product.

  • Creating compelling content (blog posts, social content, landing pages, email sequences, video scripts) that drives traffic, engagement, and conversions.

  • Analyzing what’s working and what’s not, then doubling down or pivoting quickly. You’ll own the metrics and be expected to move them.

  • Building and growing audiences across platforms – identifying where our customers spend their time and meeting them there.

  • Working directly with founders and operators on go-to-market strategy, positioning, and user acquisition for newly acquired products.

  • Experimenting constantly – testing new channels, messages, offers, and creative approaches to find what drives growth for each product in our portfolio.

About Everis

We are a new business started by successful technology founders that is focused on buying small internet businesses and apps and operating them for the long term. We will be improving the business meaningfully, and you’ll be part of that process of improving the business and making it more useful and valuable.

What we offer

  • Work with talented entrepreneurial people.

  • You’ll have a bigger opportunity to grow faster than in any other business pretty much because there are no limits in terms of age or experience. We only look at your contribution to the business.

  • Make your own decisions, act as an entrepreneur within the business.

  • It’s ok to fail as long as you are failing fast.

  • Work with flexible hours and location, and meet with us 1-2 times per year in a beautiful location around the world.

  • Starting salary for this role is $60-100,000 USD per year depending on background and demonstrated results.

  • After 1 year of working remotely, high performing team members are eligible for sponsorship to live and work in Dubai or can continue to work where they are remotely.

  • Opportunity to receive some of your pay in equity at a discounted price.

What’s the downside?

  • We will have a lot of applicants, and most will not make it past the first round.

  • The first 90 days are very demanding. If you need structure, hand-holding, or certainty, this will be a bad fit.

  • You will be expected to figure things out on your own and take responsibility quickly.

  • You’ll be working in a fast-moving environment where priorities change based on what the data is telling us and what the business needs most.

Excited to work with you and build this into a historic company!

Branch International: Product Designer – Growth

Headquarters: Remote, India, India

Branch Overview
Branch is a leading AI-based lending fintech with 50M+ downloads across India and Africa.  We use alternative data to reach millions of people that are largely excluded from the financial sector.
Headquartered in Silicon Valley with operations in India, Nigeria and Kenya, Branch is a for-profit, socially conscious company built for scale and impact. Our mission-driven team—founded and led by the former CEO of Kiva.org—now spans 400+ employees globally. We’re backed by investors such as Andreessen Horowitz, Visa, and the IFC.

Job Overview
You’ll design financial experiences that reach millions of people across India and Africa who’ve been largely excluded from traditional banking. Working within our global design team and closely aligned with Growth, you’ll own end-to-end design across our core products: wallets, savings, loans, rewards, and debit cards.
This role sits at the intersection of craft and impact. You’ll design experiences that help users discover Branch, activate quickly, and build lasting financial habits — from onboarding flows and referral programs to conversion optimization across the funnel. You’ll experiment fast, measure what works, and iterate based on data. If you’re energized by measurable outcomes and believe great design can turn first-time users into lifelong advocates, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities

  • Own design end-to-end: Lead projects autonomously from PRD to engineer handoff — user flows, wireframes, hi-fi mockups, prototypes, usability testing, and design QA. You ship work, not files.
  • Design for acquisition, activation, and retention: Own onboarding, monetization, and referral experiences that help users understand Branch’s value quickly and turn them into advocates.
  • Experiment rapidly with data-informed iteration: Work in quick cycles — test hypotheses, ship experiments, define KPIs, and iterate based on A/B results, funnel analysis, and user behavior patterns.
  • Deeply understand our customers: Collaborate with UX Researchers on foundational and formative research. Translate insights into designs that work for customers with varying levels of financial and digital literacy.
  • Partner cross-functionally: Work with Product Managers, Engineers, User Researchers, and Marketers to drive growth initiatives from concept to launch. Communicate clearly across globally distributed teams.
  • Leverage AI to accelerate your work: Use AI tools fluently — for ideation, prototyping, content generation, and building functional demos. Explore emerging capabilities like MCPs, generative AI, and AI agents.
  • Strengthen our design system: Contribute to our design system’s evolution — ensuring consistency and scalability across products and markets.

Qualifications

  • Experience
    • 3+ years of product design experience with shipped consumer products — fintech or mobile-first apps strongly preferred
    • Demonstrated ability to design simple, intuitive experiences at scale across diverse user contexts
    • Experience with Android and Web design patterns for consumer-facing products
  • Growth Design
    • Track record designing for growth: onboarding, conversion-focused features, referral mechanics, and user education
    • Experience with experimentation — running A/B tests, interpreting results, and iterating based on learnings
    • Familiarity with growth metrics and funnel thinking (acquisition, activation, retention, referral, revenue)
  • Craft & Execution
    • Proficiency in Figma
    • Strong visual design skills with excellent attention to detail
    • Motion design and micro-interaction skills are a plus
  • AI × Design Fluency
    • Actively use AI tools and LLMs  to augment ideation, copywriting, asset generation, or research synthesis
    • Comfortable vibe-coding with tools like Figma Make, Lovable, Cursor, or similar to prototype functional experiences
    • Curious about emerging AI capabilities in design workflows
  • Mindset & Collaboration
    • You balance craft with velocity — knowing when to polish and when to ship
    • Strong communication skills; you present clearly and listen well
    • Comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities in a fast-paced startup
    • Resourceful and scrappy — you’ve done a lot with lean teams
  • Education
    • Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Product Design, Interaction Design, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)

Benefits of Joining

  • Mission-driven, fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment
  • Competitive salary and equity package
  • A collaborative and flat company culture
  • Remote first, with the option to work in-person occasionally
  • Fully-paid Group Medical Insurance and Personal Accidental Insurance
  • Unlimited paid time off including personal leave, bereavement leave, sick leave
  • Fully paid parental leave – 6 months maternity leave and 3 months paternity leave
  • Monthly WFH stipend alongside a one time home office set-up budget
  • $500 Annual professional development budget
  • Discretionary trips to our offices across the globe, with global travel medical insurance
  • Team meals and social events- Virtual and In-person

Red Ventures: Director of Product Management | Bankrate

Headquarters: United States

We are searching for an innovative thinker who wants to be a part of shaping our future product strategy supporting Bankrate’s Home Lending transformation.  As a Lead Product Director, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for Bankrate’s Supply platform ecosystem, with primary accountability for Loantek, our pricing and product engine that underpins the home lending marketplace.

This role combines end-to-end product strategy ownership with people leadership. You will lead a cross-functional squad and manage a team of Product Managers and a pricing analyst, while setting a 12–24 month product vision to modernize and scale the platform in preparation for future growth and anticipated refinance traffic surges.

This is a high-impact platform role focused on reducing complexity, increasing scalability and reliability, and creating clarity across pricing, data, and advertiser workflows. You will determine the best path forward to invest in our platform and innovate to support greater personalization and prequalification capabilities.

What You’ll Do:

Product Strategy & Vision

  • Own and define the end-to-end product strategy for Loantek, BAP, and RMS, with Loantek as the primary and most critical focus area.
  • Develop a clear, multi-year product vision for modernizing the pricing engine and supporting systems to handle increased scale, complexity, and volume — including preparedness for expected 2026 refinance traffic surges.
  • Deeply understand the current state of Loantek’s pricing logic, integrations, constraints, and operational realities, and articulate a cohesive modernization roadmap from a product lens.
  • Frame strategic tradeoffs explicitly and guide investment decisions using customer needs, advertiser outcomes, platform health, and business impact.

  • Ensure pricing, data, and advertiser workflows are scalable, reliable, and aligned with long-term business needs.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Execution

  • Lead a cross-functional squad, setting direction while empowering PMs to own discovery, delivery details, and sprint execution.
  • Partner with Engineering and Design leads to ensure strong execution health, technical quality, and appropriate sequencing of foundational vs. feature work.
  • Establish clear operating rhythms, decision frameworks, and success metrics that enable consistent delivery and learning.
  • Partner closely with engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders to ensure these systems work together cohesively as a platform ecosystem.

People Leadership & Craft Development

  • Manage and coach 3 direct reports, acting as a people builder who grows PM craft, judgment, and autonomy.
  • Provide clear expectations, ongoing feedback, and coaching across discovery, delivery, stakeholder management, and systems thinking.
  • Balance being hands-on where needed while enabling PMs to independently drive day-to-day execution and discovery.

Measurement & Outcomes

  • Define success metrics tied to platform scalability, pricing effectiveness, advertiser outcomes, and system reliability.
  • Use quantitative and qualitative insights to validate strategy, guide prioritization, and iterate on the roadmap.
  • Take accountability for outcomes, not just output, and incorporate learnings into future investment decisions.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Ownership of a home lending pricing engine or PPE, ideally in mortgage or refinance contexts.
  • Deep knowledge of mortgage pricing, rate logic, eligibility constraints, margins, and advertiser dynamics.
  • Experience with pricing platforms such as Optimal Blue, Mortech, or similar engines.
  • Proven ability to modernize and scale complex, legacy platform systems.
  • Technical product or engineering background focused on backend, platform-level systems.
  • Strong product leadership with a 12–24 month strategic horizon and systems-level thinking.
  • Experience leading PMs or readiness to step into people leadership.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive measurable, revenue-impacting outcomes amid ambiguity.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Becomes the trusted product authority for Loantek and the broader pricing platform.
  • Delivers a clear modernization vision that improves scalability, resilience, and future readiness.
  • Ships net-new platform capabilities that create meaningful consumer and business value.
  • Builds a confident, high-impact PM team and increases stakeholder clarity and confidence.
