Trust is foundational to everything we do. As Affirm scales globally, protecting our consumers, merchants, and platform from fraud —while maintaining a seamless, friendly experience—is critical to our mission.

As a Senior Product Manager for Trust & Safety (Fraud), you will play a key role in building and scaling systems, experiences, and policies that keep Affirm safe for consumers and merchants worldwide. As we expand in both geographical markets and product offerings, your direct role in enabling the scaling becomes especially critical.

In this role, you will work closely with a broad set of cross-functional partners across Engineering, Fraud Analytics, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and your counterparts in other Product and International teams. Effective stakeholder management and the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics are essential. You should be high-agency, comfortable with ambiguity, and confident engaging in technical and data-driven discussions.

What you’ll do

  • Build scalable fraud prevention infrastructure that supports Affirm’s growth across merchants, consumers, and international markets

  • Drive product development by partnering closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Operations, and Customer Support teams

  • Define and establish metrics that provide clear insight into the effectiveness of fraud prevention products, balancing loss prevention, customer experience, and business impact

  • Use data, experimentation, and customer feedback to continuously iterate on risk controls, detection systems, and user-facing experiences

  • Deliver industry-leading fraud prevention solutions by combining strong business judgment with thoughtful product strategy and principled tradeoff-making

What we look for

  • BA/BS in a technical, analytical, or quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience

  • Minimum of either:

    • 5+ years of Product Management experience, or
    • 3+ years of Product Management experience plus 1+ year of experience as an engineer, data scientist, or in a technical risk role

  • Experience owning and shipping complex software products end-to-end, including product vision, prioritization, design, and launch

  • Prior experience in Trust & Safety, Fraud, Risk, Payments, Fintech, or another regulated, high-scale platform environment

  • Strong ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and operational partners toward shared outcomes

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate tradeoffs and decisions to senior stakeholders

  • Proven judgment in evaluating product decisions where risk, compliance, user experience, and business goals intersect

  • Comfort working with complex data, dashboards, and experimentation frameworks to drive insight and decision making

  • High ownership mentality with a bias toward action in ambiguous, fast-moving environments

Payra: Product Lead – Data Products

Headquarters: Nasheville, TN

URL: https://www.payra.com/

What You’ll Do

You’ll be the connective tissue between our engineering team, our ERP partners, and the broader business. Day to day, that means:

Roadmap & Strategy

Own and maintain the product roadmap end to end. Prioritize features and integrations based on partner needs, customer feedback, and business impact. Communicate the “what,” “why,” and “when” clearly to engineering, leadership, and external stakeholders.

ERP Partner Management

Act as Payra’s primary point of contact with ERP companies (think partner portals, developer programs, certification processes, and co-selling motions). Build and maintain strong working relationships with partner product and technical teams. Stay deeply current on each ERP ecosystem’s release cycles, API changes, and marketplace requirements.

Unblocking Engineering

Handle the business and partnership side of developing within ERP partner systems: securing sandbox/dev environments, managing partner developer accounts and credentials, navigating approval and review processes, resolving licensing or compliance questions, and chasing down documentation or technical contacts so engineers can stay focused on building.

Cross-functional Coordination

Translate business requirements into clear specs and user stories. Run sprint planning and backlog grooming alongside engineering leads. Define success metrics and track them post-launch.

Customer Insight

Gather and synthesize feedback from customers, partners, and the sales team to inform what we build next.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience at a startup or a small fast-moving team where you were involved in bringing a new product to life from scratch.

  • 3+ years of product management experience, ideally involving integrations, APIs, or platform/partnership work.

  • You don’t need to be a developer, but you should be comfortable navigating technical documentation and partner developer programs. Familiarity with at least one major ERP ecosystem is a plus (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, Acumatica).

  • A track record of managing external partner relationships. You know how to get things done when you don’t control the other side of the table.

  • Strong organizational skills and a bias toward action. You’re the kind of person who sees a blocker and runs toward it rather than waiting for someone to assign it.

  • Experience working closely with engineering teams in an agile environment.

Nice to Have

  • Direct experience with ERP partner certification or marketplace listing processes.

  • Engineering background with coding proficiency.

Decircle: Circle – Principal Product Manager

Headquarters: New York, New York, United States

Job description

What you’ll be part of:
Circle is a financial technology company at the epicenter of the emerging internet of money, where value can finally travel like other digital data — globally, nearly instantly and less expensively than legacy settlement systems. This ground-breaking new internet layer opens up previously unimaginable possibilities for payments, commerce and markets that can help raise global economic prosperity and enhance inclusion. Our infrastructure – including USDC, a blockchain-based dollar – helps businesses, institutions and developers harness these breakthroughs and capitalize on this major turning point in the evolution of money and technology.

Circle is committed to visibility and stability in everything we do. As we grow as an organization, we’re expanding into some of the world’s strongest jurisdictions. Speed and efficiency are motivators for our success and our employees live by our company values: Multistakeholder, Mindfulness, Driven by Excellence and High Integrity. Circlers are consistently evolving in a remote world where strength in numbers fuels team success. We have built a flexible and diverse work environment where new ideas are encouraged and everyone is a stakeholder.

What you’ll be responsible for

As a Principal Product Manager at Circle, you will own the strategy and execution of our risk platform, ensuring it scales to support new products, markets, and global regulatory requirements. You will act as a cross-functional leader, partnering with compliance, legal, engineering, data science, and business stakeholders to align priorities and deliver resilient infrastructure that supports both crypto and traditional financial rails. By combining product vision, technical fluency, and deep compliance expertise, you will enable Circle to manage risk with precision, meet evolving regulatory expectations, and uphold the highest standards of trust and safety.

What you’ll work on

  • Design and scale a modular, extensible risk platform that supports crypto- and traditional financial rails, as well as risk-related use cases across onboarding, account linking, and other customer lifecycle events — with a focus on building a user-friendly rules engine and intuitive tooling for risk operators.

  • Define and implement observability strategies to ensure risk platform integrity, including monitoring performance, validating critical flows, and surfacing key risk indicators to inform prioritization and executive decision-making.

  • Evolve Circle’s travel rule platform to ensure jurisdictional coverage, interoperability, and seamless integration with internal systems and partner networks.

  • Leverage AI/ML to automate risk decisioning and operational processes; lead feature/context engineering, model development, evaluation/monitoring frameworks.

  • Maintain clear, comprehensive documentation of platform design, functionality, and dependencies to ensure internal transparency and audit readiness.

  • Translate regulatory requirements and business needs into clear product requirements, insights, and user stories for engineering execution.

  • Represent the risk platform in senior leadership and regulatory forums, aligning cross-functional strategy and demonstrating how Circle’s infrastructure meets evolving compliance obligations at scale.

Job requirements

Core Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience building risk, compliance, or trust & safety platforms in fintech, crypto, or financial services.

  • Deep expertise in fraud, AML, sanctions screening, and onboarding compliance (e.g., KYC/KYB), with hands-on experience crafting risk rules based on real-world typologies.

  • Track record of translating regulatory requirements into scalable, policy-driven platform capabilities that support both real-time and asynchronous risk decisioning across crypto and fiat rails.

  • Experience leading modular platform design, including refactoring monolithic services into scalable, service-oriented architectures.

  • Skilled in collaborating with engineering, data science, and operations teams to ship complex infrastructure products; able to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across functions.

  • Highly analytical and data-driven, with experience applying ML, risk signals, and scoring models to improve detection, decisioning, and operational efficiency.

  • Strong technical fluency, including working knowledge of APIs, event-driven architectures like SNS/SQS or equivalent, SQL, GitHub or equivalent.

Preferred Requirements

  • Background in RegTech, banking, or scaled fintech, with direct exposure to complex regulatory environments.

  • Expertise in blockchain technologies and crypto compliance, including chain types, on-chain travel rule requirements, blockchain monitoring, and evolving crypto regulations.

  • Experience with rapid prototyping using AI tools to accelerate product exploration, workflow automation, or internal tooling development.
