Grafana Labs: Staff Product Marketing Manager | Sweden | Remote

Headquarters: Sweden (Remote)

Grafana Labs is a remote-first, open-source powerhouse. There are more than 20M users of Grafana, the open source visualization tool, around the globe, monitoring everything from beehives to climate change in the Alps. The instantly recognizable dashboards have been spotted everywhere from a NASA launch and Minecraft HQ to Wimbledon and the Tour de France. Grafana Labs also helps more than 3,000 companies — including Bloomberg, JPMorgan Chase, and eBay — manage their observability strategies with the Grafana LGTM Stack, which can be run fully managed with Grafana Cloud or self-managed with the Grafana Enterprise Stack, both featuring scalable metrics (Grafana Mimir), logs (Grafana Loki), and traces (Grafana Tempo).

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.

You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.

The Opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced product marketer to join as a key member of the Grafana Labs Product Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating Go-To-Market programs that effectively position the value of Grafana Labs and its products to solve the needs of target customers. You will show how our products and solutions — as well as our open source strategy — help prospects and customers achieve their goals.

As a Staff Product Marketing Manager, you will be in charge of the messaging and positioning across key personas and product areas. You’ll work closely with both product management and enablement to help buyers buy (and sellers sell) our value.

Product Marketing lives within the Product org rather than the Marketing org at Grafana Labs, and we are thinking differently about product marketing. Rather than purely executing launches or campaigns, we want PMMs to teach Product Managers and Engineers in our org how to think about growth and demand, and to codify product marketing knowledge in tools and processes that anyone in the organization can use.

Grafana Labs is a fast-paced and growing organization. As such, this role requires both strategic and planning skills as well as hands-on tactical execution (blogs, webinar outlines, video scripts, etc).

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Actively partner with and teach Product Managers to define product value, messaging, and go-to-market strategy, from competitive positioning to sales enablement collateral.
  • Partner with product management, engineering and various go-to-market functions to create materials that help customers evaluate and adopt our products: reference architectures, implementation guides, detailed product information.
  • Own and manage the launch of new products/features relevant to target buyers
  • Conduct internal and customer research to understand pain points, competition and opportunities
  • Teach go-to-market and sales teams how to gain value from our products: clearly define the capabilities of our products and the value they provide, deliver training and enablement, ensure customer facing teams are able to effectively engage with customers, partners, and prospects.
  • Own customer lifecycle campaigns (competitive positioning, retention, upsell/cross-sell) to strategically shape marketing programs and drive growth across the entire customer journey.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • 6+ years of relevant experience (product marketing, solutions marketing, product management)
  • Experience with marketing and selling to a technical audience
  • A passion for open source, cloud native, and infrastructure technologies
  • Proven ability to take on complex projects and efficiently drive them from start to finish
  • Ability to clearly articulate the value of technical products to customers and sellers alike
  • Experience leading product or feature launches autonomously as well as part of a team
  • Comfort working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders in complicated processes
  • Strong product and technical curiosity that translate to clear packaging, positioning, and messaging
  • Demonstrated quantitative analytical skills for analyzing campaign performance, evaluating lifecycle metrics, and making data-driven recommendations.
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills
  • A high “say-do” ratio in executing and delivering impact

What you’ll bring to the role

You’ll bring a passion for quality, pride in the strategic impact of your work, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Rewards:

In Sweden, the Base compensation range for this role is 878,578 SEK – 1,054,294 SEK. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed throughout the interview process. All of our roles include Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), giving every team member ownership in Grafana Labs’ success. We believe in shared outcomes—RSUs help us stay aligned and invested as we scale globally.

*Compensation ranges are country specific. If you are applying for this role from a different location than listed above, your recruiter will discuss your specific market’s defined pay range & benefits at the beginning of the process.

Why You’ll Thrive at Grafana Labs:

  • 100% Remote, Global Culture – As a remote-only company, we bring together talent from around the world, united by a culture of collaboration and shared purpose.
  • Scaling Organization – Tackle meaningful work in a high-growth, ever-evolving environment.

  • Approachable Leadership – Transparent execs who are involved, visible, and human.
  • Passionate People – Join a team of smart, supportive folks who care deeply about what they do.
  • In-Person onboarding – We want you to thrive from day 1 with your fellow new ‘Grafanistas’ to learn all about what we do and how we do it.
  • Balance is Key – We operate a global annual leave policy of 30 days per annum. 3 days of your annual leave entitlement are reserved for Grafana Shutdown Days to allow the team to really disconnect. *We will comply with local legislation where applicable.

Equal Opportunity Employer: We will recruit, train, compensate and promote regardless of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, disability, age, veteran status, and all the other fascinating characteristics that make us different and unique. We believe that equality and diversity builds a strong organization and we’re working hard to make sure that’s the foundation of our organization as we grow.

Boulevard: Staff Product Designer, Platform

Headquarters: Remote – USA

Who is Boulevard?

Boulevard provides the first and only client experience platform for appointment-based, self-care businesses. We empower our customers to give their clients more of the magical moments that matter most.

Before launching in 2016, our founders spent months interviewing salon managers and working behind front desks to understand their pain points so we could design a modern, user-friendly platform that meets the unique needs of their business. Our roots may be in hair salons, but we are built for the broader self-care industry, including many types of salons, spas, medspa, barbershops, and more. Our technology not only helps our customers survive but thrive. Take a look at how we (and YOU) can make that happen

We have an insatiable curiosity and embrace experimentation. We believe that simple solutions require the most sophistication, and we design each and every detail to maximize potential, power, and impact. Do our values match? Read through our story and what we value the most.

Our team values and celebrates our diverse backgrounds. Being open about who we are and what we do allows us to do the best work of our lives. We believe in equal opportunity for all, and you should too.

Come Do the Best Work of Your Life at Boulevard

Boulevard is the Client Experience Platform purpose-built for appointment-based, self-care businesses. As we continue to move upmarket, support increasingly complex franchise businesses, and expand internationally, our platform must scale with flexibility, reliability, and intelligence at its core.

That’s where the Platform Design team comes in.

The Platform pod builds the foundational systems that power everything at Boulevard — including identity, payments, permissions, APIs, data, and extensibility. As a Staff Product Designer, Platform, you’ll operate at a highly strategic level, shaping the core concepts, patterns, and frameworks that enable our product to scale across customer segments, geographies, and future use cases — while staying deeply usable and human.

This is a high-impact role for a designer who thrives in ambiguity, thinks in systems, and wants to influence not just features, but how an entire product platform evolves.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead platform-level design strategy in close partnership with Product and Engineering, defining success metrics and ensuring work ladders up to long-term company goals.
  • Design foundational concepts, patterns, and frameworks that enable scalability, flexibility, and extensibility across Boulevard’s ecosystem.
  • Help evolve the platform to support:
    • Upmarket customers with more complex workflows, permissions, and operational needs
    • Multi-location businesses, balancing centralized control with local flexibility
    • International expansion, including localization, regional requirements, and scalable global patterns

  • Translate highly complex technical and system-level problems into clear, intuitive, and trustworthy user experiences.
  • Partner closely with engineers to guide implementation, ensuring design intent is preserved in production.
  • Act as a design leader and multiplier — raising the quality bar, influencing peers, and contributing to design culture, standards, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with other designers to evolve Boulevard’s design system to support platform complexity and future growth.
  • Explore and help define how Boulevard can be at the forefront of leveraging AI to enhance the BLVD experience — from internal tooling to customer-facing workflows — with a strong focus on trust, clarity, and real customer value.

What You’ll Need to Thrive

  • Strong systems thinking — comfort designing for scale, flexibility, and long-term evolution rather than one-off solutions.
  • Deep understanding of the full, iterative design process, including research, journey mapping, content design, wireframing, prototyping, testing, and high-fidelity execution.
  • Proven ability to partner closely with Product and Engineering, especially on technically complex initiatives.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and helping teams find clarity in fast-moving, evolving environments.
  • A strong point of view balanced with openness to feedback and iteration.
  • Ability to focus on outcomes over outputs, shipping thoughtfully while maintaining a high quality bar.
  • Proficiency with modern design and collaboration tools (e.g., Figma).

Why This Role Matters

This role will help define how Boulevard scales — not just what we build next, but how we build for growth, complexity, and the future. The decisions you make will ripple across teams, products, and customers, shaping the foundation of the BLVD platform for years to come.

How We’ll Take Care of You

Your starting total cash compensation for this role is between $128,800 and $184,000, depending on skills, experience, and market factors. This range is subject to change, and there is always room for growth and advancement at Boulevard.

In addition to the wonderful people you’ll get to work with and challenging projects that’ll push you – Boulevard is here to make sure you’re always at the top of your game emotionally, mentally, and physically.

  • We’ve got you covered with a 401(k) match plus dental, medical, vision, and life insurance.

  • Take a break whenever you need with our flexible vacation day policy.

  • Fully remote so you can choose where you want to work. You’ll receive a work from home stipend every month.

  • Family planning resources and specialized support programs.

  • Equity: get ahead on the ground floor and grow with Boulevard.

  • Boulevard Bucks Learning and Development program allows employees to explore businesses in the market we serve.

We recommend following our official LinkedIn page to stay up to date on all things Boulevard life!

By partnering with leading technology providers, we craft transformative digital experiences that enhance customer engagement and drive business success.
We are seeking a high-impact Principal Product Leader to serve as the visionary architect and chief evangelist for our AI-powered B2B MarTech suite. This is not a role for a traditional “feature manager.” We need a growth-minded owner who can bridge the gap between cutting-edge Generative AI and enterprise-scale revenue impact. You will define the roadmap, own the product’s commercial success, and evangelize the future of AI-driven personalization to the world’s most sophisticated marketing organizations.

Information Security Responsibilities

    • Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols
    • Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
    • Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
    • Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information

Core Pillars of Responsibility

    • 1. Product Evangelism & Market Leadership
    • The Voice of AI: Act as the primary technical and strategic spokesperson for our AI suite. You will translate LLM complexities into a “value-first” narrative for C-suite stakeholders and enterprise clients. Customer Advocacy: Drive product-led growth (PLG) by deeply understanding the “jobs to be done” for modern marketers and turning those insights into compelling market stories. Thought Leadership: Represent the product in industry forums and executive briefings, positioning our AI capabilities (RAG, content automation, predictive modeling) as the gold standard in MarTech.
    • 2. Strategic Roadmap & Visionary Ownership
    • The North Star: Own the multi-year product vision. You aren’t just shipping features; you are building a proprietary AI ecosystem that redefines content generation and personalization. High-Stakes Prioritization: Balance aggressive innovation with technical feasibility, ensuring the roadmap focuses on high-growth levers that drive ROI and enterprise retention. Governance & Ethics: Lead the charge on ethical AI, ensuring our roadmap adheres to global data privacy (GDPR, CCPA) while maintaining a competitive edge.
    • 3. Product Growth & Lifecycle Velocity
    • Growth Mechanics: Identify untapped opportunities within the MarTech stack (CDP, CRM, Creative Ops) to expand the product’s footprint and increase “stickiness” within enterprise workflows. Agile Experimentation: Lead a culture of “fail fast, scale faster.” Use pilots and MVPs to validate AI models, then rapidly operationalize them for global scale. Commercial Impact: Define and own the KPIs that matter: Product-Qualified Leads (PQLs), adoption velocity, and AI-attributed revenue growth.

Key Qualifications

    • The AI Expert: You have a deep, intuitive understanding of LLMs, RAG, and NLP frameworks. You don’t just know what they are; you know how to monetize them.
    • The MarTech Veteran (nice to have): You’ve spent years navigating the Adobe/Salesforce/CDP ecosystems and know exactly where AI can disrupt traditional marketing silos.
    • The Strategic Communicator: You possess the rare ability to command a room of engineers in the morning and a room of CMOs in the afternoon. The Growth Mindset: You have a proven track record of taking products from “experimental pilot” to “enterprise-wide adoption.
$160,000 – $175,000 a year

WALTER: Senior Software Engineer

Headquarters: Remote

URL: http://gowalter.co

Senior Software Engineers at Stamped are hands-on builders responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality software that powers our products. This role combines technical depth with product intuition — engineers are expected to think like product partners, not just implementers.

They work closely with Product and the Director of Engineering to rapidly prototype, validate, and scale solutions that drive measurable user value. Senior Engineers bring curiosity, empathy, and a bias for action, leveraging AI tools and modern practices to deliver with speed, reliability, and craftsmanship.

This role has a strong emphasis on user-facing development — building intuitive, performant interfaces and components that merchants interact with daily. While full-stack capability is valued, you’ll spend significant time on front-end architecture, UI implementation, and ensuring excellent user experiences across our product suite.

Our current systems include a large .NET/C# foundation on the backend, so familiarity with these technologies is helpful for full-stack collaboration, but your primary focus will be o modern front-end development and the user experience layer.

This group sits at the center of Stamped’s shift toward an AI-native, iterative engineering culture — emphasizing autonomy, accountability, and shared ownership across the team.

Responsibilities

  • Product Engineering: Design, build, test, and ship user-facing features with a focus on polish, performance, and usability.
  • Front-End Development: Build and maintain responsive, accessible UI components and interfaces using modern frameworks and tooling.
  • Prototyping & Validation: Rapidly prototype new user experiences to validate value before scaling.
  • AI-Enabled Development: Use AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude, or similar) to accelerate development, reduce repetitive work, and improve code quality.
  • Technical Judgment: Participate in front-end architecture decisions, component design patterns, and client-side performance optimization. Contribute to discussions on full-stack integration and API design.
  • Execution & Ownership: Deliver against roadmap commitments with a focus on quality, maintainability, and iteration — especially on user-facing surfaces.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with Product and the Director of Engineering to align technical work with customer and business needs. Work alongside designers to ensure high-fidelity implementation of user experiences.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Document, mentor, and contribute to a culture of learning and openness.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay curious and experimental with new tools, frameworks, and AI workflows that can improve speed, quality, or developer experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with significant time spent on front-end or full-stack development
  • Strong proficiency with modern JavaScript/TypeScript and front-end framework (React, Vue, or similar) — experience building scalable, maintainable component architectures
  • Experience with responsive design, accessibility standards, and client-side performance optimization
  • Familiarity with backend technologies and APIs — experience with C#/.NET, Node.js, Python, or similar is a plus for full-stack collaboration
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools or automation in the development workflow
  • Product mindset: comfort with ambiguity, iteration, and user-centric decision-making
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; thrive in cross-functional teams

What you’ll do

Hi, we’re MoonPay. We’re here to onboard the world to the decentralized economy by making digital money move as universally and effortlessly as the internet.
Why?
Because crypto, stablecoins and blockchain aren’t just technologies. They’re tools for global financial empowerment. What we do
MoonPay is a unified payments platform for digital currency. We make it easy for anyone, anywhere, to buy, sell, swap and pay in digital currencies as easy as sending an email. That simplicity is intentional, our focus is reducing complexity so people can participate confidently, without needing to be crypto experts. We power the entire flow between fiat and crypto end to end, with compliance, identity checks, fraud prevention, and settlement all built in. This end-to-end approach reflects how we work internally: with accountability, rigor, and trust built into everything we ship.
Proven at scale

We collaborate with innovative brands and projects to build secure, scalable solutions for a blockchain-powered future. This is an opportunity to help shape systems, not just scale them. And we’re committed to doing it right. Fully licensed in the U.S. and regulated across the UK, EU, Canada, and Australia, because trust and compliance are non-negotiable.
But we’re just getting started. We’ve launched a consumer app that makes crypto accessible, intuitive, and usable for everyone, and it’s growing fast. We’re iterating every day to make it the best it can be.

We know what you are thinking…WHAT IS THE ROLE AND WHAT WOULD YOU BE DOING?

As a Staff DevOps Engineer on the Infrastructure Platform team, you will design and operate the secure, scalable infrastructure foundations that power Housecall Pro’s engineering organization — while serving as a technical force multiplier for our DevOps capabilities.

Your mission is to ensure that security, compliance, and supply-chain protections are embedded by default into the infrastructure platform, not layered on as gates or afterthoughts. You will work at the intersection of cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes platforms, infrastructure-as-code, and policy automation — building primitives, guardrails, and golden paths that make secure delivery the easiest path for product teams.

This role is deeply hands-on and highly influential. You will operate as a staff-level engineer across Infrastructure Platform and our Developer Platform, translating security requirements into scalable platform abstractions, partnering on policy design, and ensuring the infrastructure layer reliably enforces security and compliance controls without slowing delivery.

The work you do will directly impact platform reliability, cloud security posture, audit readiness, and developer trust in the platform.

In your day to day, you will:

  • Lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for operating AWS as a stable, scalable service platform for engineering teams.
  • Own the architecture and day-to-day health of AWS environments, including compute, networking, storage, identity, and Kubernetes-based runtime platforms.
  • Drive continuous improvements in platform reliability, performance, and fault tolerance through observability, capacity planning, and resilience engineering.
  • Establish AWS best practices for account structure, networking, isolation, and service usage to support safe scale across teams and workloads.
  • Build and enforce Infrastructure-as-Code as the default operating model, enabling consistent provisioning, upgrades, and lifecycle management.
  • Improve developer experience by providing self-service infrastructure patterns, templates, and paved paths that reduce friction and operational risk.
  • Manage cloud cost visibility and optimization, ensuring teams understand usage, tradeoffs, and efficiency without slowing delivery.
  • Partner with reliability, delivery, and security stakeholders to ensure cloud platform capabilities support uptime, performance, and compliance requirements.
  • Mentor and grow a cloud engineering team with strong ownership, operational discipline, and customer-focused thinking.
  • Collaborate with engineering leadership to align cloud platform investments with product growth and company priorities.

We think this role is for you if have…

  • 8+ years of experience in software, infrastructure, or systems engineering roles.
  • Deep hands-on experience operating production systems in AWS.
  • Strong expertise with Kubernetes and containerized runtime environments.
  • Experience designing and operating infrastructure platforms or internal developer platforms.
  • Proven experience with infrastructure-as-code and automation (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi).
  • Strong understanding of cloud security fundamentals: IAM, network segmentation, secrets management, encryption, and least-privilege access.
  • Experience embedding security or compliance controls into platforms or pipelines (policy-as-code, guardrails, drift prevention).
  • Solid understanding of distributed systems, scaling behavior, and failure modes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence across teams.

What will help you succeed???

  • Comfort operating in ambiguous, cross-team problem spaces with clear ownership boundaries.
  • A strong bias toward automation, defaults, and guardrails over manual enforcement.
  • Ability to reason about security, reliability, and cost together — not in isolation.
  • Deep debugging skills across infrastructure, networking, runtime, and policy layers.
  • Product mindset: you care about adoption, usability, and trust — not just correctness.
  • Curiosity about system behavior and a drive to improve platform foundations over time.
  • Ability to mentor senior engineers and elevate technical standards across teams.
  • Willingness to challenge existing assumptions and advocate for better long-term solutions.

Let’s talk numbers!
Our compensation range for this role begins at $7,000 USD per month
