·         Experience collaborating with Product, R&D, UX, and technical teams.

OVERVIEW

We Measure Success by Results, Not Hours Worked

No timesheets.

At GoGlobal, we give you the autonomy to make decisions that create real impact. We prioritize results over hours worked, focusing on quality of outcomes rather than tracking time.

As a privately owned company, we are free from the pressures of venture capital or private equity investors demanding exponential growth in unreasonable time frames.

Sometimes, things just take time to do well. In our business, delivering great results is a process – and we’re committed to doing it right.

We are not for sale. We believe that financial success is a natural outcome of our work, not the primary goal. Unlike many investors who view money as a goal, our focus is on long-term growth and sustainable success.

We are a global team, built for those who want to go further. Here’s what your career at GoGlobal looks like:

  • A company small enough for your voice to be heard meaningfully, yet large enough to make a global impact
  • Collaborating with a diverse, global and supportive team
  • Built for the long-haul – no VC or PE pressure, just a focus on sustainable growth

WHY WE ARE DIFFERENT

We Make Growing Your Career Possible

  • We operate with the benefits of a partnership without the complexities of a partnership. Our hybrid partnership-corporate model offers all employees the opportunity to become a partner, while maintaining a streamlined corporate structure so that decisions are made quickly

  • We do not offer equity plans. As we are not for sale and are not chasing an exit, “stock options” hold little value in our business model. Instead, we provide opportunities for outstanding employees to make partner and share in the profits. We believe it’s better to build lasting value than to chase a one-time payout

  • We prioritize organic and sustainable growth. Expanding operations quickly by way of mergers and acquisitions might seem appealing, but the reality is integrating diverse cultures can be challenging. We’re proud of our own culture and prefer to grow it our way

  • We’re global. We offer career opportunities across the world-whether it’s new job roles or international locations

  • English is our official language, but for many, it’s our second language. We embrace this and find it rewarding communicating with colleagues from all over the world

  • We are not a family. We operate more like a high-performing sports team where each individual’s contribution is crucial to our collective success

  • We keep things simple and collaborative. Our structure makes it easy for teams to work together across borders so we can serve our clients with global needs more effectively. Unlike big, siloed companies, we work seamlessly to handle international deals without the headaches of territorial ownership

  • We believe in transparency and trust. Every month, we share our financials with the team so everyone knows where we stand and what’s coming next. It’s all about open communication, building trust and empowering every individual to be part of our journey. We don’t tell you what to think – we provide the information you need to make your own informed decisions

  • We believe flexibility drives success. Our company is built on trust, and that’s why we embrace fully remote work, and hybrid options in some countries. Forget rigid office routines – it’s old school! This flexibility fuels productivity, strengthens our workforce, and ensures we remain agile in a fast-changing world.

We do not discriminate on the basis of race, gender identity, age, religion, sexual orientation, veteran or disability status, or any other protected class. From our early days automating security monitoring for compliance standards like SOC 2, HIPAA and ISO 27001 to creating the world’s leading Trust Management Platform, our vision remains unchanged.

Now more than ever, making security continuous—not just a point-in-time check— is essential. Thousands of companies rely on Vanta to build, maintain and demonstrate their trust— all in a way that’s real-time and transparent.

Journee Technologies: Senior Product Engineer (m/f/d)

Headquarters: Berlin, Germany, Remote

Journee is hiring a Senior Product Engineer

About Ojin, by Journee

Journee is a technology startup founded in 2020. Our in-house low-latency streaming technology and GPU fleet orchestration systems are the engines behind our award-winning work with brands such as BMW, H&M, and Siemens.

We are now building and launching Ojin, a real-time generative AI platform for developers. Ojin provides the APIs and inference infrastructure for developers to build and scale interactive applications and AI agents. For this new venture, we are building a small, ambitious team of highly talented individuals.

The Role
As a Senior Product Engineer, you will not just write code—you will own products and features end-to-end. In the modern AI-accelerated landscape, we believe a single high-leverage engineer can drive impact comparable to entire teams of the past. You will be the bridge between technical implementation, product design, and user experience.
We are looking for a builder who thrives in startup environments. You will work directly on Ojin, building everything from high-end interactive frontends to complex backend agentic systems. You won’t just be handed a ticket; you will help define the solution, design the architecture, and ship it to users.

This is a full-time position, either in our Berlin office or remote (CET +/- 2h).

What You’ll Do

  • End-to-End Ownership: Drive features and projects from abstract concepts to production deployment. You will take ownership across UI/UX design, product logic, and technical implementation.
  • Full-Stack Web Development: Architect and build our core web infrastructure using TypeScript, React, and Node.js. You will ensure our user-facing applications are responsive, intuitive, and robust.
  • AI & Agent Systems: Develop and maintain Python backends for our AI capabilities, including proxy services, agentic systems, and conversational AI flows.
  • Systems Architecture: Design scalable backend systems. While you will have support from the team, we expect you to drive architectural decisions that balance speed of delivery with long-term reliability.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with founders, designers, and other engineers. You will be a key voice in shaping the product roadmap and technical strategy.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: You have 8+ years of professional software development experience.

Constructor: Product Manager – Prospect Data Teams

Headquarters: Portugal

About Us

Constructor is the next-generation platform for search and discovery in ecommerce, built to explicitly optimize for metrics like revenue, conversion rate, and profit. Our search engine is entirely invented in-house utilizing transformers and generative LLMs, and we use its core and personalization capabilities to power everything from search itself to recommendations to shopping agents. Engineering is by far our largest department, and we’ve built our proprietary engine to be the best on the market, having never lost an A/B test to a competitive technology. We’re passionate about maintaining this and work on the bleeding edge of AI to do so.

Out of necessity, our engine is built for extreme scale and powers over 1 billion queries every day across 150 languages and roughly 100 countries. It is used by some of the biggest ecommerce companies in the world like Sephora, Under Armour, and Petco.

We’re a passionate team who love solving problems and want to make our customers’ and coworkers’ lives better. We value empathy, openness, curiosity, continuous improvement, and are excited by metrics that matter. We believe that empowering everyone in a company to do what they do best can lead to great things.

  • Storytelling & Examples: Build systems and solutions that make identifying great examples easier and help AEs tell better stories about how Constructor can help prospects.
  • Product Improvement: Leverage data exploration and analysis (SQL, Python) to understand user behavior and suggest opportunities for improving our core recommendation and search systems.

C. Internal Enablement & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Sales Self-Service: Build robust internal tooling to empower the Sales and Account Executive teams to manage more proof schedule tasks, reducing dependencies on Engineering and Data Analysts.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Serve as the product liaison, collaborating across Data Analysts, Frontend Engineers , and Account Executives to prioritize evolving prospect needs and secure deals with prominent e-commerce brands.

What You’ll Bring
