silverorange: Digital Product Lead

Headquarters: Charlottetown, PE

URL: https://www.silverorange.com/

The company

silverorange is a design and development agency based in Canada. When pursuing work, we focus on interesting and meaningful projects. Over our 26 years as a company, we’ve worked with well-known technology organizations like Duolingo and Mozilla, not-for-profit organizations working in areas including affordable internet access for low-income families, and with world-renowned doctors training other doctors through online education.

We’re proud of the fantastic products we’ve built in partnership with our clients and we’re actively invested in the processes behind these products. We are committed to fostering a team-focused approach in our work of building great user-focused systems, while also placing a serious emphasis on quality of life, openness, empathy, and a supportive work environment.

The position

We’re looking for a Digital Product Lead to join our team.

This role is responsible for working with one of our largest medical education clients to translate their product vision and strategy into an actionable roadmap for current and future work across multiple project teams and platforms. This role will spend equal time coordinating with our client and with our internal teams, and can be understood as a hybrid of a product manager, product strategist, and client partner role.

We favour applicants with a strong sense of ownership over their own work. Excitement and ability to learn and contribute is more important to us than other metrics like years of experience.

This position is available immediately and we will work with you to get you started as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a resource to support our client in developing, and maintain a deep understanding of, their business, vision, and product.
  • Use client data, analytics, and your own market research to understand and advise on user behaviour and feature success.
  • Plan and facilitate conversations with our client and key members of the silverorange team to gather, build consensus around, and share information about the client’s overall product goals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that conversations, feature development, and product improvements happening within individual project teams are aligned with the client’s overall product vision.
  • Ensure that documentation of the client’s product strategy and roadmap is up to date and shared across internal project teams.
  • Work with the client to prioritize product features and capabilities while accounting for our team’s resources and limitations.

Requirements

  • Be eligible & available to work from Canada. Eligibility to travel to the United States for occasional client meetings is an asset.
  • 2+ years of experience as a product lead or equivalent experience.
  • Experience liaising between non-technical clients and technical internal teams.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong sense of ownership over work.
  • Strong client management skills.
  • Ability to synthesize input from multiple sources to negotiate a clear path forward.
  • Experience with analytics platforms (we use Amplitude).
  • Be able to communicate clearly with clients and co-workers across multiple time zones. Several of our key clients are in California and we have team members across Canada.

While not required, if you have any of the following skills let us know:
  • Digital design or development experience.

Growth & ownership

Our team is co-operative and will help you learn and expand your skills via mentoring, team-wide support, and learning opportunities. All members of the team are encouraged and given space to grow as individual contributors, and have ongoing opportunities in project and team leadership.

We’re excited to hear your fresh ideas and approach. We have decades of collective experience, and we all continue to become better at what we do by both teaching and learning from each other. Add your voice to our mix!

Opportunity for employee ownership is a fundamental part of silverorange (non-founders currently own more than a third of the company) and we’re currently working on new ways to transfer even more ownership to employees.

Inclusion & diversity

People with different backgrounds and experiences make us stronger, and we’re always looking for ways to improve. Our team is getting more diverse across many dimensions of diversity, but we’re still missing perspectives that could make our work better. We highly encourage people from traditionally underrepresented groups in our industry to apply—we’d love to hear from you.

Remote working is just as good as local

Our team has been remote-friendly for over 20 years, and remote-first for the last 10. We continue to improve our approach to having a dispersed team. This is a full-time remote position regardless of location, though you are welcome to work from our lovely offices in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, Canada if you wish.

The majority of our team is full-time remote and 95% of our clients are remote. You’ll need to be comfortable working with a remote team regardless of your location.

Typically all employees spend at least one week each year working from our Charlottetown office, so plan on visiting PEI semi-regularly.

Though you may be working remotely, you’ll be an active member of a great and small but growing team, both here at silverorange and with our clients. Regular voice or video communication will help keep you in touch with the smart people with whom you’ll be working.

Benefits & compensation

  • Flexible work days, approached collaboratively with you to allow for the realities of appointments, family minding, and your everyday life.
  • 3 weeks of paid vacation, on top of 10 paid days of civic holidays, and 3 weeks of paid company-wide shut down.
  • Generous health and dental coverage, with 100% of premium covered by silverorange.
  • New computer hardware every 4 years, and other tools as needed.
  • Yearly company-wide bonuses based on overall company success, plus ownership opportunities and dividends for long-term employees.
  • Salaries based on skills and experience ranging from CAD $75,000 – $92,000, with both annual company wide salary band adjustments as well as opportunities and expectation of ongoing career and compensation growth.
  • Additional remote worker salary add-on of CAD $3,000 per year and a wellness salary add-on of $500 per year.

How to apply

We will be accepting applications until May 28, 2026. We will begin reviewing applications and following up with candidates after this date.

Click ‘Apply Now’ and include a copy of your resume, and an explanation of why you’d be great for the job. Tell us how you’ve led a product feature through launch, and provide links to any digital products you’ve worked on, if available.

We want people to feel they can be their genuine selves at work, so we’d love to hear about who you are. If there is anything else you would like to share with us — i.e. a Medium account, online writing or select blog posts, etc. — please feel free to include those as well.

If you require accommodations at any phase of the application or interview process, please let us know. We would be happy to support you and discuss accommodations as required.

Nexpanse: Product Manager (B2C Subscription Utilities)

Headquarters: USA, Delaware

URL: https://www.nexpanse.io/

Role

You own the product from launch. The core metric is paying users with positive unit economics.

This is a role at the intersection of product and marketing: you grow the product by changing it — funnel, landing pages, paywall, features.

You’ll be vibecoding a lot and actively involved in product development. Your pet projects and obsession with AI coding and AI agents matter much more than years of formal experience. If you spend your evenings building your own stuff, trying to monetize it, testing ideas — that’s exactly what we’re looking for.

What you’ll be doing

  1. Product-led growth. Identify and ship product changes that drive growth: landing pages, funnels, paywall, features.

  2. Performance and SEO as tools. Understand the channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, SEO), formulate hypotheses and requirements, evaluate results — without buying media yourself.

  3. Vibecoding. Quickly build and iterate on the product (landing pages, prototypes, simple features) using no-code and AI tools. This is an ongoing process, not one-off tests.

  4. Subscription model. Pricing, trial, paywall, retention.

  5. Analytics. CAC, LTV, retention — understand where the economics break.

  6. AI and automation. Use AI to move faster: creatives, prototypes, analytics, AI agents for routine tasks.

Who we’re looking for

  • Middle-level experience.

  • Russian – native language. English – A2+

  • Hands-on experience with B2C subscription utilities.

  • Strong plus: ex-founder / solopreneur background.

  • Pet projects are a must. Show us what you’ve built yourself: an AI agent, a utility, a website, a micro-SaaS, something you’ve put up for sale.

  • Obsession with AI: AI coding, AI agents, new tools, experiments with monetizing your own ideas.

  • Vibecoding is required (no-code, AI tools like v0 / Bolt / Lovable / Cursor, basic coding skills).

  • Technical foundation: you’ve written code before, you’re writing it now, or you have a technical degree.

  • Systems thinking, proactive mindset.

Who we’re not looking for

  • People who don’t understand how subscription products work.

  • PMs from R&D and B2B backgrounds (without production product experience).

  • People used to working only inside large structures and teams.

  • People without their own experiments / pet projects.

What we offer

  • Full-time, remote.

  • Salary: discussed individually.

  • Small team, direct contact with the founder.

Clover Health: Staff Product Manager, Member Experience

Headquarters: Remote – USA

At Clover Health, we’re transforming healthcare by building member-first technology that helps people stay healthier and live better lives. Our member experience, whether through phone, text, email, or the web, is how members interact with our clinical programs and services every day. We’re hiring a Staff Product Manager to own the product strategy and execution for member engagement and building member trust.

This is a senior individual-contributor Staff Product Manager role. You’ll operate autonomously to set direction for a cross-functional team, and influence the broader organization by example. You will be expected to ideate key metrics, form hypotheses and strategies, and execute to drive measurable member and business outcomes. As a Staff PM, you will model outcome-driven product leadership and help raise the bar for product, design, engineering, analytics, and operations partners.

In this role, you will lead a team focused on member experience and trust initiatives and collaborate with engineers, analysts, security/compliance, operations teams, and our CEO and Executive Chairman. You will improve member outcomes and business KPIs by (a) removing friction from enrollment through ongoing engagement, (b) building or integrating AI/ML-backed experiences that increase personalization and trust, (c) delivering messaging and concierge systems that surface the right information to members and care teams, and (d) modernizing identity, auth, and vendor integrations to reduce operational risk and improve quality of service and care.

As a Staff Product Manager, you will:

  • Assume ultimate accountability for your team’s outcomes. Articulate a clear and compelling vision and strategy for member experience and trust, align leadership and stakeholders to that plan, define and implement rigorous metrics to assess progress, and clearly articulate impact.
  • Proactively identify and champion strategic initiatives that optimize member trust, activation, and retention while driving business value and operational efficiency. Make resource and investment decisions to maximize strategic impact.
  • Serve as the team’s subject matter expert on member engagement: deeply understand member needs, member-provider touchpoints, vendor landscapes, and regulatory constraints that affect product decisions.
  • Run a highly effective, outcome-driven team. Autonomously align teams around outcomes, remove or escalate blockers, launch, measure, and iterate until you drive impact. Communicate plans and progress clearly and know when to double-down vs. pivot.
  • With engineering counterparts, facilitate technical and architecture conversations related to web/mobile stacks, messaging/SMS gateways, identity & authentication, and API-driven integrations with internal and external systems.
  • Own instrumentation, experimentation, and measurement. Partner with analytics to design A/B tests, own funnel metrics, and use data to guide product tradeoffs.
  • Drive vendor selection, vendor management, and phased migrations off legacy systems when necessary. Balance contract, technical, and operational tradeoffs.
  • Build AI-forward member experiences. Partner with Engineering, Data, and AI teams to design safe, helpful, and measurable AI engagement patterns (e.g., LLM-driven concierge, personalized messaging, intelligent routing). Ensure AI features are explainable, auditable, and aligned with member trust goals.
  • Mentor and influence peers across product and the broader org, sharing best practices and raising product craft.

Success in this role looks like:

  • You own and articulate a 3–6 month product plan for member trust initiatives that aligns to a 12-month vision and business objectives.
  • The member engagement systems become measurably more reliable, faster to iterate on, and more personalized — shown by higher NPS, reduced rates of bad or unproductive calls, retention, and successful outbound engagement rates.
  • Instrumentation and experimentation are comprehensive: funnel metrics and dashboards link product work to member outcomes and cost-of-care changes.
  • AI/ML-backed engagement features are live or in controlled rollout, driving measurable improvements in member satisfaction and operational efficiency while maintaining transparency and safety. Progress has been incremental, fast, and consistent.
  • You influence others: product decisions and operating practices you introduce are adopted across adjacent teams.

You should get in touch if:

  • You have a minimum of 8 years of product experience and a demonstrated track record of shipping complex, cross-functional programs.
  • You have at least 4 years of experience building highly reliable and satisfying multi-channel consumer-facing platforms.
  • You have recent, hands-on familiarity with AI/LLM-driven product experiences and engagement patterns; designing, shipping, or operating AI/ML-backed features that impact user engagement or workflows.
  • You are comfortable owning technical tradeoffs: you can talk about architecture and systems, but follow engineering design discussions, and make pragmatic decisions with engineers.
  • You are proficient with SQL and data analysis and have used experimentation (A/B testing) to make product decisions.

Benefits Overview:

  • Financial Well-Being: Our commitment to attracting and retaining top talent begins with a competitive base salary and equity opportunities. Additionally, we offer a performance-based bonus program, 401k matching, and regular compensation reviews to recognize and reward exceptional contributions.
  • Physical Well-Being: We prioritize the health and well-being of our employees and their families by providing comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage. Your health matters to us, and we invest in ensuring you have access to quality healthcare.
  • Mental Well-Being: We understand the importance of mental health in fostering productivity and maintaining work-life balance. To support this, we offer initiatives such as No-Meeting Fridays, monthly company holidays, access to mental health resources, and a generous flexible time-off policy. Additionally, we embrace a remote-first culture that supports collaboration and flexibility, allowing our team members to thrive from any location.

Turnitin: Senior Technical Product Owner

Headquarters: Dallas, TX, USA

Company Description

When you join Turnitin, you’ll be welcomed into a company that is a recognized innovator in the global education space. For more than 25 years, Turnitin has partnered with educational institutions to promote honesty, consistency, and fairness across all subject areas and assessment types. Turnitin products are used by educational institutions and certification and licensing programs to uphold integrity and increase learning performance, and by students and professionals to do their best, original work.

Experience a remote-first culture that empowers you to work with purpose and accountability in a way that best suits you, supported by a comprehensive package that prioritizes your overall well-being. Our diverse community of colleagues are all unified by a shared desire to make a difference in education.

Turnitin is a global organization with team members in over 35 countries including the United States, Mexico, United Kingdom, Australia, Japan, India, and the Philippines.

Job Description

Are you the one who bridges the chasm between “business outcomes” and “database migrations”? Do you dream in user stories and wake up to prioritize technical debt? Do you believe the how is just as important as the what?  Are you interested in how technology will drive the future of education?  Then ditch the daily triage routine and join our high-velocity ed-tech engineering organization as Turnitin’s first Sr. Technical Product Owner (TPO)!

The Engineering Plan team manages the plan and build functions for our products, and we need a seasoned TPO to be the technical conscience and execution powerhouse for a core product which spans multiple engineering teams. This isn’t just about managing a queue; it’s about driving the technical roadmap that ensures our product meets customer needs and stays resilient for years to come.  This person will work closely with multiple teams in both Product and Engineering from across different time zones and countries to ensure technical execution is on track.  Turnitin supports a strong work life balance by providing a fully remote working environment; we focus on hunger for delivering for our customers versus the hours we work.

Your Quest: Technical Strategy & Execution

You will be the vital link, the glue, and the primary translator across our cross-functional teams.

Technical Expertise & Strategy (The Architect’s Mind)

  • System Deep Dive: Master the technical aspects of assigned domain, including system architecture, service mesh, and infrastructure components. You’ll contribute to the technical strategy and roadmap, ensuring technical choices align with long-term product health.
  • Technical Health Champion: Directly partner with Engineering Leaders to balance new feature delivery with the critical work of system maintenance, security, and performance tuning. You are the voice advocating for proactive technical health.
  • Process Ninja: Analyze existing engineering workflows, identifying bottlenecks and proposing improvements to optimize the plan and build phases of our delivery pipeline.

Collaboration & Alignment (The Diplomat’s Touch)

  • Product Translation: Work with multiple Product Manager(s), each managing a business feature roadmap, to translate their collective strategic vision (e.g., “Narrative: We must launch Feature X”) into measurable, outcome-based technical epics.
  • Inter-Roadmap Conflict Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve conflicts or resource contention arising from competing demands across different Product Managers’ feature roadmaps.
  • Scope Whisperer: Advise PMs on scope trade-offs and technical feasibility, using data on team capacity, system dependencies, and risk to drive difficult prioritization conversations across product lines.
  • Delivery Visibility: Stay deeply informed on development status and execution detail, empowering the Product Manager(s) with line-of-sight on delivery targets for the features relying on your engineering team.
  • Dependency Czar: Take the lead on cross-team coordination, proactively managing and resolving technical and functional dependencies across Engineering, DevOps, and QA to free Engineering Leaders and boost team velocity.

Backlog & Agile Leadership (The Delivery Dynamo)

  • Backlog Ownership: Own the team’s technical backlog, meticulously synchronizing the work with the team’s capacity in partnership with Engineering Leaders.
  • Story Mastery: Partner with Technical Lead(s) to break down complex epics into technically feasible, well-designed stories with crystal-clear acceptance criteria.
  • Risk & Debt Manager: Rely on your Tech Leads to surface technical risks and debt, and then execute the strategy to prioritize, schedule, and resolve them within the development cycle.
  • Priority Management: Support the Technical Lead(s) in ensuring the team stays focused by managing and communicating changes in work priority, often resulting from negotiations with the multiple PMs.
  • Agile Conductor: Lead the technical aspects of all Agile events (especially refinement and planning) to ensure the team is focused, technically aligned, and protected from priority shifts.

Qualifications

What You Bring to the Table

  • Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience as a Technical Product Owner, Sr. Technical Analyst, or a former Technical Lead/Engineer who transitioned into product management.
  • Complex Stakeholder Management: Proven experience managing prioritization and expectations when supporting multiple Product Managers or product lines simultaneously.
  • Technical Acumen (Non-Negotiable): You must be able to read, understand, and discuss system architecture diagrams, API specifications (REST/gRPC), database schemas, and the principles of CI/CD.
  • Deep Domain Knowledge: Expertise in managing products built on modern software stacks (e.g., microservices, cloud platforms like AWS/Azure/GCP, containerization via Docker/Kubernetes).
  • Data Fluency: Comfortable querying data (basic SQL proficiency is a huge plus) to validate assumptions and measure the impact of technical improvements.
  • Tooling Mastery: Command of Jira (or similar tools) for complex backlog management, dependency tracking, road mapping, and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with a specific industry or software domain relevant to the company.
  • Certifications such as A-CSPO/CSP-PO, PMI-PBA, PMI-ACP, CBAP, or similar.
  • Certifications in Cloud or other modern technology concepts.
  • Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
  • Experience or certifications with industry standard frameworks such as SAFe, ITIL, COBIT.

If you’re ready to dive deep into the tech, champion engineering excellence, and be the person who understands both the business and the binary, we want to hear from you!
