Anchorage Digital: Talent Team Lead, Product, Design, & Engineering

Headquarters: United States

We’re hiring a crypto-native technical recruiting lead to take ownership over our Protocols/Blockchain engineering teams. These teams build the financial infrastructure that lets institutions interact with hundreds of blockchain networks securely.
You’ll own the full recruiting lifecycle for these roles: sourcing, screening, closing, and everything in between. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll personally execute end-to-end while also serving as a mentor to other recruiters on the team, helping them sharpen their pipeline strategy and closing instincts.
We evaluate candidates across four key competencies: Technical Skills, Complexity and Impact of Work, Organizational Knowledge, and Communication and Influence. The sections below break down what we’re looking for in each:

Technical Skills

    • Owns end-to-end recruiting for the most technically demanding engineering roles. Executes creative sourcing strategies for deeply technical, hard-to-find talent (distributed systems, blockchain, cryptography).
    • Constructs robust pipelines with measurable metrics. Reverse-engineers pipeline math independently (screens, loops, offers needed to hit hiring goals). Iterates to improve efficiency and scales what works.

Complexity and Impact of Work:

    • Independently owns hiring outcomes for high-stakes roles without hand-holding. Executes full-cycle recruiting with strong conversion metrics.
    • Partners with engineering managers and technical leads to calibrate on bar, refine interview loops, and close competitive offers. Escalates appropriately on process changes, bar adjustments, and stakeholder commitments.

Organizational Knowledge:

    • Works cross-functionally with engineers, EMs, and executives, flexing communication style based on audience. Builds credibility with skeptical hiring managers through technical calibration.
    • Maintains tight feedback loop with leadership on progress, blockers, and learnings. Balances velocity with judgment on things that ripple across teams.

Communication and Influence:

    • Takes feedback cleanly, gives it constructively. Adapts approach based on stakeholder needs and hiring manager input.
    • Mentors junior recruiters on pipeline strategy, technical calibration, and closing under pressure. Extracts playbooks from successes and teaches others to replicate.

You may be a fit for this role if you have:

    • 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with significant time spent in crypto, fintech, or adjacent infrastructure spaces where you understand the talent landscape and candidate motivations.
    • Track record of hiring for deeply technical roles (blockchain, distributed systems, security, or similar) where candidates are competitive and closing requires more than just meeting compensation expectations.
    • Demonstrated ability to close competitive candidates with numbers to prove it: you can cite offer acceptance rates, wins against competing offers, or walk through creative close strategies under pressure.
    • Experience pitching equity in a way that inspires candidates to bet on upside rather than just comparing cash offers.
    • History of mentoring other recruiters on pipeline strategy, technical calibration, and closing.
    • Willingness to get in the weeds when stakes are high: you source, screen, and close alongside your team when it matters, while also knowing what to delegate and when to ask for help.
    • Experience in an environment where you were measured on placements or hires, not arbitrary activity: agency recruiting, quota-carrying in-house roles, or a sales-adjacent background where filling roles is the desired outcome.

Although not a requirement, bonus points if:

    • You’ve worked at a crypto-native company where you already know the talent pools, compensation dynamics, and how to sell the opportunity to engineers who have competing offers.
    • You were emotionally moved by the soundtrack to Hamilton, which chronicles the founding of a new financial system. 🙂
We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans. Apollo Graphql: Product Operations Lead

Headquarters: US time zones (remote)

Apollo is hiring a Product Operations Lead who knows how to make product organizations run well. You’ll build the rhythms and systems that give Product, Design, and Engineering clarity, speed, and leverage. If that sounds like your kind of problem, read on.

At Apollo, you’ll help shape the future of how the world’s top enterprises innovate and deliver mission-critical platforms and applications. Our customers depend on Apollo to orchestrate complex API infrastructures at scale, from traditional web services to emerging AI workloads. As we expand our product portfolio to meet evolving customer needs in the AI era, you’ll be building the operational infrastructure that enables our Product, Design, and Engineering teams to ship with speed and confidence.

As our Product Operations Lead, you’ll design, own, and drive the operational cadences that support our Product, Design, and Engineering (PDE) teams. You’ll equip them with tools, practices, and insights, empowering them to make faster decisions and maximize the performance and impact of our products. You’ll love the entrepreneurial, collaborative, and analytical aspects of this role – and will have company-wide visibility and impact as you build out a new muscle of operational excellence at Apollo.

What you’ll do

  • Design and own PDE’s operating rhythms and tooling – Build the cadences (roadmap reviews, product councils, launches), workflows, and tools that enable fast, effective decision-making across Product, Design, and Engineering.

  • Create visibility and minimize overhead – Invest in automation and self-serve data that gives the company insight into PDE execution and product performance, without making PMs write status updates.

  • Solve operational gaps that don’t have clear owners – Identify and address coordination breakdowns, unclear decision-making processes, or strategic initiatives falling through the cracks between teams.

  • Scale best practices company-wide – Partner with operations leads across functions to level up coordination and execution beyond just PDE.

Who you are

You bring Product Operations expertise

  • Experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Management Consulting, or Strategy & Operations, with meaningful Product Ops experience in a B2B environment

  • You know what great operating cadences look like and have a bias for continuous improvement to keep iterating on them

You’re analytically sharp

  • Experience running analytical efforts for cross-functional projects that have influenced product or strategic direction

  • You can form hypotheses from ambiguous data, design instrumentation to fill gaps, and translate insights for different audiences (PMs vs. executives vs. engineers)

You influence without needing to own decisions

  • Track record of driving alignment and executing complex projects with stakeholders from technical ICs to executives

  • Comfortable facilitating decisions in group settings and managing change, even when you’re not the decision-maker

You’re a self-starter who builds things

  • Experience owning programs end-to-end and executing in environments with incomplete information

  • Results-oriented with strong prioritization skills – you know when to build infrastructure vs. when to keep things scrappy

  • Enthusiasm for building from the ground up rather than just maintaining existing processes

Nice to have

  • Consulting background combined with 1-2 years of Product Management experience – you understand both strategic frameworks and product execution

  • Startup or founder experience – you’ve built things from scratch with limited resources

  • Technical analytical skills like SQL or data modeling – you can dig into data yourself rather than waiting for analytics support

  • Experience with developer platforms, API infrastructure, or B2B technical products – you’ll ramp faster on Apollo’s domain

  • Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)

Tools we use:

  • Claude/Cursor/Github/Omni

  • Jira/Atlas/Confluence

  • Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)

  • GCP

  • GraphQL (though we sorta hoped you’d assumed that by now )

About Apollo

Apollo helps teams build, operate, and scale the graphs that power modern applications. If you’ve streamed a show, booked a trip, or read the news online, there’s a good chance Apollo was working quietly behind the scenes. We support some of the largest and most sophisticated GraphQL platforms in the world.

But we’re not here just to maintain the status quo. Apollo is redefining how software teams build and ship- bringing clarity, speed, and leverage to increasingly complex systems. Our platform gives teams a single, coherent way to connect clients, services, and now AI-powered experiences, without drowning in endpoints or bespoke integrations.

Just as importantly, we’re building a company where ambitious people can do the best work of their careers. That means meaningful ownership, smart teammates, and tackling hard problems that actually matter. If you like moving fast, thinking deeply, and helping shape what comes next, you’ll feel right at home here.

Livekit: Design Engineer, Design Systems

Headquarters: Remote, U.S

LiveKit is building the infrastructure layer for the voice-driven era of computing. Our platform gives developers everything they need to build, test, deploy, scale, and observe agents in production. Founded in 2021, LiveKit powers voice AI applications for OpenAI, xAI, Salesforce, Coursera, Spotify, and thousands of others, collectively facilitating billions of calls each year.

About This Role

We’re looking for a Design Engineer to lead and evolve LiveKit’s Design System, sitting within the Design org and partnering deeply with Product Engineering.

You’ll own the primitives that power our product UI — components, tokens, motion patterns, accessibility standards, and tooling — ensuring LiveKit’s product experience is cohesive, high-quality, and built to scale.

This role is ideal for someone who:

  • Thinks in systems, abstractions, and primitives

  • Has deep UI engineering experience and a high standard for visual quality, interaction design, and usability

  • Cares deeply about craft, performance, and ergonomics

  • Is excited about making design systems AI-native, so both humans and models can build with them

Your work will primarily support product surfaces (dashboard, core product, docs, developer tooling).

What You’ll Own & Drive

Lead and evolve the design system

  • Own the roadmap for LiveKit’s design system, including components, tokens, foundations, and interaction patterns

  • Define and maintain standards for component quality, accessibility, and usability

  • Establish governance and contribution models so teams can scale safely

Build primitives for scale and quality

  • Architect and implement robust, accessible, production-grade UI components

  • Maintain design tokens, theming infrastructure, and shared foundations

  • Ensure components are performant, composable, and easy to adopt

  • Invest in documentation, examples, and tooling to drive system adoption

Raise the UI bar across product

  • Partner deeply with designers and engineers to improve visual polish, interaction quality, and cross-product consistency

  • Help teams move to systematic, reusable patterns

  • Advocate for best practices in layout, motion, accessibility, and interaction design

Prototype and explore advanced interactions

  • Build high-fidelity prototypes to explore new patterns, validate UX decisions, and influence product direction

  • Push on motion, micro-interactions, and expressive UI where it enhances usability and clarity

Make the system AI-native

  • Help shape how AI tools and models consume LiveKit’s design system

  • Explore ways for LLMs and automation to generate UI using system primitives

  • Build or influence tooling so design tokens, components, and patterns are machine-readable and model-friendly

  • Think about how design systems can become inputs to generative workflows, not just humans

Who You Are

You’d be a great fit if you have:

  • 7+ years of experience in front-end engineering or design engineering

  • Strong design taste, with deep care for layout, motion, affordances, and visual polish

  • Expertise in TypeScript, React, Tailwind, component-driven architectures, and accessibility best practices

  • Experience building or maintaining design systems (components, tokens, docs, governance, tooling)

  • A portfolio that demonstrates UI engineering craft, component thinking, and prototyping ability

  • A systems mindset — you think in primitives, abstractions, and reusable patterns, not one-off solutions

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functionally

Nice-to-have: AI-Native Experience

We’re especially excited if you:

  • Have experimented with LLMs generating UI or consuming design systems

  • Have built tooling that lets AI compose interfaces from structured components

  • Are thinking about how design systems become inputs to generative or agentic workflows

  • Have deep curiosity about the future of human + AI collaboration in design and UI engineering

Our Commitment to You

We aim to build a team where people can do the best work of their careers, with:

  • High trust and autonomy

  • A strong bar for craft and quality

  • Real influence over product direction

  • Space to explore ambitious technical and design ideas

Livekit: Product Designer, Growth

Headquarters: Remote, U.S

LiveKit is building the infrastructure layer for the voice-driven era of computing. Our platform gives developers everything they need to build, test, deploy, scale, and observe agents in production. Founded in 2021, LiveKit powers voice AI applications for OpenAI, xAI, Salesforce, Coursera, Spotify, and thousands of others, collectively facilitating billions of calls each year.

While we operate as an infrastructure company, we believe great design is essential to making powerful systems usable, intuitive, and delightful—especially for developers.

As LiveKit scales, self-serve growth is becoming a core engine of the business. This role exists to ensure developers can onboard faster, reach production more reliably, and continue to succeed over time—without sacrificing craft, clarity, or quality.

You’ll thrive at LiveKit if you:

  • Are obsessed with building the best possible product for customers

  • Are the go-to person for tackling ambiguous, high-impact problems

  • Move fast and ship, but still care deeply about polish, detail, and quality

  • Balance craft and pragmatism, knowing when to refine and when to iterate

  • Learn quickly and enjoy picking up new skills, tools, and techniques

  • Enjoy working closely with engineers and thinking in systems

The best way to impress us is with thoughtful ways you’d implement LiveKit

About This Role:

We’re looking for a Product Designer to join our Growth team, focused primarily on product-led growth surfaces.

You’ll partner closely with a Growth PM and a dedicated engineering team to improve onboarding, activation, conversion, and retention across the core LiveKit product. This role is ideal for a designer who is scrappy, fast-moving, deeply thoughtful about developers, and unwilling to compromise on craft.

You’ll work across multiple small-to-medium initiatives at once, shipping improvements frequently, learning from real usage, and raising the bar for product experience as LiveKit scales.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design and ship product-led growth initiatives focused on activation, conversion, and retention

  • Own and evolve onboarding and early product experiences within the LiveKit Cloud dashboard, core product, and additional surfaces.

  • Identify where developers stall, get confused, or drop off — and turn insights into clear, shippable improvements.

  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Docs to move from insight → experiment → shipped iteration.

  • Design across product and developer-facing surfaces, including:

    • Cloud dashboard and onboarding flows

    • In-product education, setup flows, and empty states

    • Documentation, tutorials, and developer onboarding content

    • SDK entry points, examples, templates, and GitHub READMEs

  • Balance speed and quality — moving quickly without sacrificing usability or craft

  • Contribute to and evolve LiveKit’s design system to support scalable, repeatable growth work

  • Collaborate with other designers to keep the overall product experience cohesive and high quality

While you may occasionally collaborate with Marketing or Web on entry-point alignment, this is a product-focused role

Who You Are:

  • 5+ years of experience designing products, ideally for developers or technical audiences

  • Strong UX, interaction and visual design skills, with a portfolio showing polished, real-world shipped work

  • Deep empathy for how developers learn, explore, debug, and adopt tools

  • Comfortable moving fast, iterating, and juggling multiple initiatives

  • Able to zoom out to understand systems, funnels, and flows, while still sweating interaction details

  • A clear communicator who can explain design decisions, tradeoffs, and rationale to cross-functional partners

  • Highly proficient with Figma and modern design workflows

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience designing onboarding, activation, or growth-oriented product surfaces

  • Familiarity with developer tooling, APIs, or OSS ecosystems

  • Comfort reading or writing HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or working closely with React / Tailwind

  • Experience collaborating with docs, developer education, or DevRel teams

Our Commitment to You:

We care deeply about building a team where people can do the best work of their careers — with autonomy, trust, and a high bar for craft.

  • An opportunity to build something truly impactful at global scale

  • The chance to contribute to open source alongside world-class engineers

  • Competitive salary and equity

  • Health, dental, and vision benefits

  • Flexible vacation policy
