Headquarters: Seattle

URL: https://www.cfchildren.org/

Are you looking for purpose-driven work where you can make a positive impact on communities around the world? If so, then Committee for Children is an amazing place to grow your career as a Senior Product Marketing Manager. We’re a social enterprise dedicated to advancing the well-being of children through the development of essential human skills. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager at CFC, you will lead the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new product initiatives. This role defines what exceptional product marketing looks like—from market intelligence to pricing and positioning—and establishes the GTM frameworks that inform how future products will come to life. You will act as the voice of market reality within the product organization, influencing early R&D, defining launch readiness, and ensuring every step from concept to commercialization is informed by measurable data and cohesive strategy. This position is the critical bridge between Product and Marketing, driving both long-term strategy and day-to-day execution.

Our team is collaborative, creative, and passionate about our work. You’ll have an opportunity to make an impact every day and have a say in the way we use client success to transform the lives of children.

What you’ll do when you join us:

  • Develop and execute market sizing, segmentation (TAM, SAM, SOM), and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and investment prioritization.
  • Lead the creation and refinement of Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), buyer personas, and user personas (e.g., teachers vs. district buyers) using qualitative and quantitative research.
  • Contribute to product portfolio strategy by providing market‑informed perspectives that support alignment of new products with broader organizational goals and positioning.
  • Collaborate on comprehensive business cases, including financial modeling, risk assessment, and investment recommendations.
  • Evaluate and recommend buy, build, or partner options to address solution gaps, including partnerships, integrations, or acquisitions.
  • Shape and communicate the overall distribution/channel strategy (direct, indirect, partners, resellers) in alignment with market buying preferences.
  • Build and operationalize GTM frameworks, roadmaps, launch plans, and measurement systems for both short-term activation and long-term scalability.
  • Provide market insights—including customer needs, buyer behavior, and competitive landscape—to help inform product roadmap discussions and support clear communication of priorities.
  • Map and optimize the end-to-end buyer journey, identifying opportunities to improve experience and conversion.
  • Develop and execute detailed plans that support revenue growth and retention, including new customer acquisition and ongoing engagement strategies.
  • Partner with Product, Finance, Marketing and Sales to develop pricing and packaging strategies that balance value creation, affordability for target customers, and revenue growth.
  • Monitor and influence product-level profitability (margins, unit economics) in partnership with Product and Finance.
  • Assess existing assets (content, technology, relationships) to identify opportunities for reuse or leverage in GTM activities.
  • Align sales processes with market buying stages; develop and maintain a structured content strategy, tailored sales tools, and formal channel training programs.
  • Lead or collaborate on execution of programs, campaigns, events, and partner/channel initiatives, with clear goals and measurement.
  • Equip operations and support teams with product and market information needed for smooth delivery and exceptional customer experience.
  • Lead 0–1 product launches: manage cross-functional execution, align stakeholders, and ensure post-launch transition from the launch team to the growth team.
  • Build systems for launch evaluation, KPI measurement, and learnings documentation to refine organizational playbooks.
  • Serve as the communication hub between Product and Marketing, ensuring alignment on roadmap priorities, customer needs, and messaging cohesion.
  • Mentor cross-functional partners on market insights, GTM methodology, and data-backed storytelling to elevate strategic alignment across the organization.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing, with at least 3 years in edtech, SaaS, or digital learning environments.
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proven success leading 0–1 product launches and operationalizing GTM frameworks across organizations.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in market sizing, opportunity analysis, and KPI development.

  • Advanced proficiency in managing go-to-market and launch initiatives, ensuring progress, timely delivery, and cross-functional accountability.
  • Strategic thinker comfortable balancing macro vision with hands-on execution.
  • Experience with cross-functional leadership and mentoring.
  • Travel Requirements: Travel will include occasional client site visits, conferences, and industry events. Travel to the Seattle office may be required 1-4 time per year. Overall, travel is expected to be no more than 20% of the role.

REPORTS TO

VP of Sales

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-obsessed, systems-minded Revenue Operations Coordinator to serve as the operational right hand to our VP of Sales. This is not a box-ticking role. We need someone who understands the entire revenue workflow from end to end — front-end sales cash, payment plans, backend upgrades, and refunds — and can serve as the single source of truth for total revenue reporting across the organization.

The majority of company revenue flows through the sales team as new front-end cash. This person will own that data completely, and will collaborate with Finance and Fulfillment to aggregate backend upgrade revenue and payment plan data into one consolidated, reconciled weekly view. Executives across the company rely on this number — it needs to be right every time.

You will own our sales data pipeline, calendar operations, call auditing, CRM systems coordination, and cross-departmental revenue reporting. You will produce accurate reports on a daily, weekly, biweekly, and monthly cadence, and you will surface insights and flag discrepancies without being asked.

What You’ll Own

Sales Data Tracking & Reporting

  • Collect daily call outcome submissions from individual closers and consolidate them into the master team tracker with zero data entry errors

  • Audit all data for formula accuracy, copy/paste integrity, and logical consistency — flagging discrepancies before reports go out

  • Produce daily, weekly, biweekly, and monthly reports for the VP of Sales and the broader sales team

  • Track and identify trends week-over-week and month-over-month, proactively sharing observations — not just numbers

  • Own spreadsheet hygiene: formulas must be correct, references must be locked where appropriate, and data must reconcile across all connected sheets

Revenue Aggregation & Single Source of Truth

  • Own the consolidation and reporting of all revenue streams across front-end (new sales cash and payment plans) and back-end (upgrade revenue and upgrade payment plans), producing a single reconciled view of total company revenue on a weekly basis

  • Maintain a centralized revenue master tracker that standardizes inputs from Sales, Fulfillment, and Finance — ensuring all data is complete, up-to-date, and internally consistent

  • Collaborate with the Fulfillment team to collect accurate upgrade cash and upgrade payment plan data on a regular cadence

  • Partner with Finance to validate expected vs. actual cash weekly, proactively identifying missed payments, discrepancies, or data inconsistencies — Finance owns cash reconciliation and collections; this role owns the aggregated view

  • Verify and cross-check revenue data produced by Finance and Fulfillment admin teams — this role is responsible for confirming accuracy, not just compiling inputs

  • Serve as the go-to resource for any executive-level question on total company revenue, payment plan status, or outstanding receivables visibility

Call Auditing

  • Listen to recorded sales calls and complete scorecards for closers and setters

  • Cross-reference CRM notes in GoHighLevel against logged call outcomes to catch discrepancies

  • Flag patterns in performance data and escalate findings to the VP of Sales

Calendar & Scheduling Support

  • Maintain an accurate, up-to-date view of confirmed calls and available calendar space for the sales team

  • Proactively communicate upcoming call volume, cancellations, and open slots to relevant team members via Slack

  • Ensure the VP of Sales is never caught off guard by scheduling gaps or conflicts

CRM & Systems Coordination

  • Identify glitches, workflow errors, and data inconsistencies in GoHighLevel and other company software, and coordinate with the ops team to resolve them

  • Submit support tickets on behalf of the sales department and actively monitor them through to resolution — not just submission

  • Track the timeliness and correct completion of automated workflows, escalating anything that falls outside expected parameters

  • Serve as the first line of quality control between the sales team and the ops/tech team — catching software-side issues before they affect reporting or close rates

  • Maintain a running log of open issues, ticket status, and resolved items so the VP of Sales always has visibility into system health

Cross-Departmental Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Finance and Fulfillment teams on a weekly basis to collect, verify, and consolidate revenue data into the master tracker

  • Communicate clearly and professionally across departments — this role is a coordination hub, and its effectiveness depends on reliable cross-team relationships

  • Ensure all outgoing data summaries are clean, clearly labeled, and reconciled before delivery to any stakeholder

What We’re Looking For

Mindset & Work Style

  • You understand workflows holistically — not just individual tasks. You know why a task exists and what breaks if it’s done wrong.

  • You are a self-starter who identifies problems and resolves them before being asked

  • You take full ownership of your outputs — errors are caught by you, not discovered by others

  • You communicate proactively, especially when something is off or unclear

  • You are comfortable with AI tools and actively use them to work smarter

  • You understand that being the single source of truth is a responsibility, not just a title — you protect the integrity of every number you touch

Technical Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel — formulas, data validation, cross-sheet references, pivot tables

  • Ability to audit and QA spreadsheets built by others and identify errors without guidance

  • Working proficiency in GoHighLevel (or equivalent CRM) for reviewing call logs, contact records, and workflow status

  • Comfortable working in Slack as a primary communication tool

  • AI tool literacy: you use AI to increase output quality and speed

Experience

  • Prior experience supporting a sales team or sales leader in an operational or administrative capacity

  • Demonstrated track record of producing accurate, consistent data reporting across multiple data sources

  • Experience aggregating data from multiple departments or systems into a unified report is a strong plus

  • Experience with call auditing, scorecard completion, or QA processes is a strong plus

  • Familiarity with sales and revenue metrics: close rate, show rate, call volume, payment plans, upgrade revenue, refunds

Reporting Cadence

This role owns the following recurring deliverables:

Daily

Consolidate closer submissions into master tracker; confirm data integrity; share updated call calendar and confirmed appointments for the next day

Weekly

Full team sales report (call volume, close rate, front-end cash, payment plans); consolidated revenue report aggregating front-end, upgrade, and payment plan data from Finance and Fulfillment; calendar capacity review

Biweekly

Comparative performance summary (current vs. prior period); trend flags for VP of Sales review; reconciliation check on revenue master tracker

Monthly

Full monthly sales performance report for VP of Sales and team distribution; total revenue report across all streams for executive review; cross-departmental data summary

Tools You’ll Use

Google Sheets

Microsoft Excel

GoHighLevel (CRM)

Slack

AI tools (any): Comfort and experience with AI-powered productivity tools is expected and valued.

This Role Is NOT For You If…

  • You need step-by-step instructions for every task

  • You treat data entry as mechanical — copying numbers without checking if they make sense

  • You wait to be told when something is wrong instead of catching it yourself

  • You’re not comfortable being held to a zero-error standard on reporting

  • You’re looking for a passive, low-accountability support role

  • You’re not comfortable working across multiple teams and being the person everyone looks to for the accurate number

ContentJet Inc.: Automation & Integration Engineer

Headquarters: Montreal, Canada

URL: https://www.contentjet.com

ABOUT CONTENTJET

ContentJet is a Canadian UGC creative agency that connects brands with creators to produce high-performing user-generated content at scale. Our delivery engine runs entirely on AI automation and intelligent integration infrastructure. Every AI agent, content pipeline, and creator workflow we operate depends on rock-solid automation plumbing. Our philosophy is simple: if a human is doing it manually and it’s repetitive, it should be automated. Period.

THE MISSION: BUILD THE INFRASTRUCTURE THAT ELIMINATES MANUAL WORK

Every AI agent and automation at ContentJet needs reliable infrastructure to run. You are the person who builds and maintains that infrastructure — the n8n workflows, API integrations, webhook flows, data pipelines, and server management that keep our AI-powered operations running 24/7 without human babysitting.

Your work directly enables the replacement of manual tasks: when the AI Agent Architect builds a creator sourcing agent, you build the n8n workflow that feeds it data and routes its outputs. When a new content pipeline is designed, you wire up the APIs (ElevenLabs, Creatomate, Metricool, Google Veo) and make sure it runs reliably at scale. When OpenClaw agents need to be deployed and maintained, you handle the infrastructure.

THE ROLE

You are the engine room of ContentJet’s AI operations. Every AI agent we build — whether deployed through OpenClaw, orchestrated via Claude Cowork, or built with Claude Code CLI — needs reliable execution infrastructure. You own the entire execution and integration layer.

You will use Claude Code CLI to rapidly build and debug integration scripts, custom n8n nodes, and data transformation logic. You will leverage Claude Cowork with MCP connectors when orchestrating complex multi-platform data flows that require intelligent routing. You will maintain the OpenClaw gateway infrastructure that keeps our agents accessible across Slack, Telegram, and web.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Build and maintain complex n8n workflows that power creator pipelines, content production, outreach automation, and internal operations — replacing manual copy-paste, data entry, and coordination tasks

  • Use Claude Code CLI to rapidly develop custom integration scripts, n8n function nodes, data transformation logic, and debugging tools

  • Support Claude Cowork-orchestrated workflows by building the underlying API connections and data pipelines that MCP connectors rely on

  • Connect and orchestrate APIs: ElevenLabs, Google Veo 3.1, Creatomate, Metricool, Instantly, Apollo, Modash, TikTok, Monday.com, Slack, Google Drive, and more

  • Manage self-hosted infrastructure (n8n on VPS, OpenClaw deployments) — including deployment, updates, credential management, SSL, and troubleshooting

  • Support OpenClaw gateway infrastructure: ensure uptime, manage agent configurations, troubleshoot connectivity and tool availability issues across Slack/Telegram deployments

  • Build webhook-based integrations between AI agents (deployed via OpenClaw or standalone) and external platforms

  • Design error handling, retry logic, dead letter queues, and monitoring for production workflows and agent deployments

  • Optimize existing automation pipelines for speed, cost, and reliability (e.g., finance news video pipeline V7→V8+, creator outreach flows, content publishing automations)

  • Build automated reporting and notification systems that replace manual status updates and check-ins

  • Handle data transformation, formatting, and routing between systems — ensuring clean data flow across the entire automation stack

  • Maintain and improve the infrastructure layer that supports the AI Agent Architect’s deployments

  • Continuously identify integration bottlenecks and manual handoffs that can be automated away

MUST-HAVE SKILLS

  • n8n expertise (self-hosted is a must — not just cloud) — you can build complex multi-branch workflows with error handling, retries, and conditional logic

  • Claude Code CLI proficiency — comfortable using Claude as a coding partner to rapidly build integration scripts, debug issues, and develop custom solutions from the terminal

  • JavaScript and/or Python scripting for custom n8n nodes, data processing, API wrappers, and integration logic

  • REST API fluency: authentication (OAuth, API keys, bearer tokens), pagination, rate limiting, error handling, webhook verification

  • Webhook architecture: designing, securing, and debugging complex webhook flows across multiple platforms

  • Basic Linux/VPS administration: SSH, systemd, file management, logs, cron jobs, process monitoring

  • Experience with Docker (containerized deployments, docker-compose) — critical for managing OpenClaw and self-hosted services

  • Database basics: SQLite, PostgreSQL — enough to troubleshoot persistence issues, run queries, and manage credential stores

  • Understanding of MCP (Model Context Protocol) — how Claude Cowork connects to external tools and how to build/maintain those connections

NICE-TO-HAVE

  • Experience with Claude Cowork and MCP connector workflows

  • Experience deploying and managing OpenClaw or similar AI agent gateways in production

  • Experience with Make (Integromat) or Zapier in addition to n8n

  • Familiarity with video/audio APIs: ElevenLabs, Creatomate, HeyGen, Google Veo 3.1

  • Experience with email automation platforms (Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist)

  • Knowledge of CI/CD, monitoring tools (Uptime Kuma, Grafana), or logging stacks

  • Familiarity with Slack API, Monday.com API, Telegram Bot API, or similar workspace/platform tools

  • Background in UGC, creator operations, or content production workflows

  • French or Arabic language skills

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

Within 30 days: You’ve audited and stabilized our existing n8n workflows, VPS infrastructure, and OpenClaw deployment, fixing known issues. You’re using Claude Code CLI daily to debug and ship fixes fast.

Within 60 days: You’re independently building new automation workflows for client and creator projects using n8n and Claude Code CLI. You’ve implemented monitoring for our OpenClaw gateway and critical production workflows. At least 5 manual processes have been replaced with automated pipelines.

Within 90 days: You’re managing 10+ concurrent production workflows, our infrastructure runs at 99%+ uptime, and you’re the go-to person for all integration, deployment, and infrastructure work. Manual data handling and coordination tasks are effectively eliminated from ContentJet’s daily operations.

HOW TO APPLY

Send a short message (no cover letter needed) with:

  1. Which role you’re applying for (or both)

  2. 2–3 examples of AI agents, automations, or OpenClaw/Claude Code/Claude Cowork projects you’ve built (links, screenshots, or brief descriptions)

  3. Your availability and rate expectations

We value builders over talkers. Show us what you’ve shipped. If it replaced manual work, even better.

ContentJet Inc.: AI Agent Architect / Builder

Headquarters: Montreal, Canada

URL: https://www.contentjet.com

ABOUT CONTENTJET

ContentJet is a Canadian UGC creative agency that connects brands with creators to produce high-performing user-generated content at scale. We serve global clients across e-commerce, healthcare, and marketing verticals. Our core belief: every manual, repetitive task inside an agency can and should be replaced by an AI agent or automation. We use Claude Code CLI, Claude Cowork with MCP connectors, OpenClaw, n8n, VAPI, and custom multi-agent systems to eliminate manual work across every layer of our operations — from creator sourcing and outreach to content production, team coordination, and client delivery.

THE MISSION: REPLACE MANUAL WORK WITH AI AGENTS

ContentJet is on a mission to become a fully AI-native agency. That means every workflow that currently requires a human clicking, copying, pasting, searching, emailing, or following up manually should be handled by an AI agent instead. We’re not looking for someone to build chatbots — we’re looking for someone who can systematically identify manual bottlenecks across our operations and replace them with autonomous agent systems that run 24/7 without human intervention.

This includes: creator discovery and vetting, outreach campaign creation, brief reading and task assignment, content pipeline management, quality control, reporting, team notifications, client communication, and any repetitive operational task that currently eats human hours.

THE ROLE

You are the person who designs and builds complete AI agent systems from concept to production. You will own the architecture of multi-agent pipelines — defining agent roles, communication flows, tool integrations, and orchestration logic.

You will work extensively with Claude Code CLI to build, test, and iterate on agent systems directly from the terminal — writing production-grade code, managing project structures, and leveraging Claude’s coding capabilities for rapid development. You will use Claude Cowork with MCP connectors to orchestrate complex workflows that read from Monday.com, discover creators on TikTok/Modash, create Instantly campaigns, produce personalized documents, and coordinate across Slack channels — all without manual intervention.

You will deploy agents via OpenClaw, our open-source AI agent gateway, to make them accessible across multiple platforms (Slack, Telegram, web) with full DM and group chat support, tool management, and multi-model routing.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Systematically audit ContentJet’s operations to identify every manual task that can be replaced by an AI agent or automation

  • Design and build multi-agent systems that fully replace manual workflows: creator sourcing, outreach, qualification, brief processing, campaign management, reporting, and team coordination

  • Use Claude Code CLI as your primary development environment to build, debug, and ship agent systems rapidly from the terminal

  • Build complex automation workflows using Claude Cowork with MCP connectors — orchestrating Monday.com, TikTok, Modash, Instantly, Google Drive, Slack, and other platforms into seamless, zero-touch pipelines

  • Deploy and configure agents via OpenClaw for multi-platform delivery (Slack, Telegram, web interfaces) with DM and group chat support

  • Architect agent communication flows, decision trees, tool-use schemas, and escalation logic within the OpenClaw gateway

  • Integrate agents with external tools via APIs and MCP connectors (Monday.com, Modash, TikTok, Instantly, Apollo, Apify, Firecrawl, ElevenLabs, Creatomate, etc.)

  • Build AI-powered creator sourcing and outreach pipelines — from Monday.com brief reading through creator discovery to Instantly campaign creation, with personalized Word document guides produced automatically for team members

  • Build AI voice agents using VAPI + Claude + Twilio/Telnyx for creator and lead qualification, replacing manual phone screening

  • Write production-grade Python agent code with proper error handling, logging, Slack integration (multi-channel), and monitoring

  • Design prompt systems at the systems level — agent instructions, OpenClaw tool configurations, Claude Cowork task definitions, output parsing, and quality control

  • Create CLAUDE.md project files for agent codebases following enterprise-grade standards (security, design philosophy, code organization)

  • Continuously look for new manual processes to automate — the goal is zero manual work for repetitive tasks

MUST-HAVE SKILLS

  • Python (production-level, not just scripting) — you write code that runs in production 24/7

  • Deep prompt engineering — system-level agent instructions, multi-step reasoning chains, tool-use orchestration, not simple chatbot prompts

  • Claude Code CLI proficiency — comfortable building, testing, and shipping entire projects from the terminal using Claude as a coding partner

  • Claude Cowork experience — ability to design and execute complex multi-step workflows using MCP connectors to orchestrate across platforms

  • Experience with OpenClaw or similar AI agent gateways/orchestration frameworks for multi-platform agent deployment

  • API integration experience (REST, webhooks, OAuth, API chaining) — you can wire any two systems together

  • Experience building multi-agent or multi-step AI systems (CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph, or custom builds)

  • Strong understanding of MCP (Model Context Protocol) — how to connect Claude to external tools, databases, and services

  • Understanding of agent design patterns: ReAct, tool-use, delegation, human-in-the-loop, autonomous decision-making

  • Experience deploying agents across multiple platforms (Slack bots, Telegram bots, web chat)

  • Strong English communication (written) — you’ll write agent specs, workflow documentation, and team guides

NICE-TO-HAVE

  • Familiarity with n8n (self-hosted) for workflow automation alongside agent systems

  • Background in UGC, creator economy, influencer marketing, or content operations

  • Experience with Monday.com API, Modash, TikTok Creator Marketplace, or similar creator tools

  • Experience configuring OpenClaw for multi-platform deployment with tool availability management and config troubleshooting

  • French or Arabic language skills (for MENA market projects)

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

Within 30 days: You’ve audited our current manual workflows, deployed your first multi-agent system via OpenClaw integrated with Slack, and shipped a working creator sourcing automation using Claude Cowork with MCP connectors.

Within 60 days: You’ve replaced at least 3 major manual workflows with autonomous agent systems. You’re independently designing agent architectures using Claude Code CLI and deploying them via OpenClaw with minimal direction.

Within 90 days: You’re leading AI agent delivery across 5–9 concurrent automation projects, have eliminated the majority of repetitive manual tasks in our operations, and are training team members on agent-powered workflows. Manual work at ContentJet is the exception, not the norm.

Animalz: Associate Head of Content, SEO

Headquarters: San Diego, California

URL: https://animalz.co

We’re looking for a sharp writer and strategic thinker to join our SEO team as an Associate Head of Content. This is a high-level individual contributor role that sits between our Senior Content Marketers and Heads of Content, and it requires someone who can move fluidly between hands-on content creation and strategic account management.

First and foremost, this is a writing role. We need someone who produces exceptional content—clear, compelling, and editorially rigorous—not someone who simply knows how to assemble keywords into a blog post. You’ll write content that ranks, but more importantly, content that’s genuinely worth reading. Your SEO expertise should elevate your writing, not replace it.

The balance of your work will shift based on agency needs. When managing fewer accounts (2-3), you’ll carry a heavier writing load, producing multiple pieces per month and serving as a primary content creator for key accounts. When managing more accounts (4-5), you’ll shift toward strategic account management, freelancer oversight, and quality control. This flexibility is central to the role; you need to thrive in both modes.

You’ll report to a Head of Content who serves as your strategic partner and consultant. You’ll also work closely with our SEO and content engineering teams to ensure content strategies account for traditional search, AI-powered discovery, and emerging content production workflows.

What You’ll Do

Content Creation & Quality

  • Research, outline, and write high-quality SEO content (blog posts, guides, landing pages, and more) that balances search intent with editorial excellence

  • Refresh and optimize existing content to improve rankings, engagement, and visibility across both traditional search and AI-powered discovery tools

  • Maintain Animalz’s standard of writing quality across all content you produce and oversee, ensuring every piece is clear, well-structured, and genuinely useful to the reader

Strategy & Account Management

  • Create and optimize content strategies for your accounts with input from your Head of Content, incorporating SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and content performance data

  • Manage content calendars that align with each customer’s goals, search landscape, and competitive positioning

  • Generate strategic content ideas and craft comprehensive briefs that account for keyword targeting, search intent, SERP features, and AI search visibility

  • Serve as a consultative partner to customers, offering expertise on how their content performs across organic search and AI-driven channels

  • Proactively identify risks to account health—whether that’s declining performance, misaligned expectations, or gaps in delivery—and flag them early

  • Report on content performance monthly, using tools like GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, and Clearscope to communicate results and surface opportunities

Content Operations & Freelancer Management

  • Manage and assign work to freelance writers: preparing briefs, tracking deadlines, reviewing drafts, and providing editorial feedback to ensure quality and consistency

  • Collaborate with design on graphics and visuals for your content deliverables

  • Contribute to team knowledge-sharing, internal initiatives, and cross-functional projects as time and primary responsibilities allow

SEO, AEO & AI Workflows

  • Apply SEO best practices across all content work, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO considerations, and competitive analysis

  • Stay current on how AI search tools (Perplexity, ChatGPT, Gemini, AI Overviews) surface and cite content, and factor this into content strategy and execution

  • Work with our content engineering team to understand and contribute to AI-assisted content workflows. You don’t need to build these systems, but you should understand how they work and how to leverage them

  • Use AI tools responsibly to support research, ideation, and content production without sacrificing quality or voice

What We’re Looking For

  • Exceptional writing ability: You’re a writer first. You produce publication-ready content with minimal revisions, writing with clarity, precision, and editorial judgment across formats — from long-form thought leadership to concise, conversion-focused copy. You adapt your voice to match different brand personas while maintaining high standards

  • Strong editing and editorial oversight: You can review freelancer work with a sharp eye, elevate drafts to meet our quality standards, and provide clear, constructive feedback. You know what good looks like, and you can get other writers there

  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or an agency setting

  • 2+ years of customer-facing experience at a B2B marketing agency or within an in-house marketing team, managing accounts and customer relationships

  • Strong SEO knowledge: You understand keyword research, on-page optimization, content audits, and competitive analysis, and you can diagnose why content isn’t performing. You know how to write for search without writing for search engines

  • AEO and AI search fluency: You’re actively working in AEO, not just aware of it. You understand how AI-driven discovery tools are changing content visibility, and you have hands-on experience with AEO strategies, prompt tracking, citation monitoring, or optimizing for AI Overviews

  • AI workflow familiarity: You’ve worked with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) in your content process and understand concepts like programmatic content, content engineering, and AI-assisted production. You don’t need to build workflows, but you should be conversant in how they work

  • Strategic execution: You can translate a content strategy into consistent, high-quality output, and adjust tactics based on performance data and customer needs

  • Technical curiosity: You’re genuinely interested in learning how software products work so you can write about them clearly and persuasively

  • Project management: You manage multiple accounts, content types, and contributors while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines

  • Tool proficiency: Working knowledge of GA4, Ahrefs, Clearscope, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, and similar tools

  • Reliability and adaptability: You deliver quality work on time, navigate ambiguity well, and adjust your approach when priorities shift—whether that means writing six articles in a month or managing five accounts with minimal writing

Our Values

At Animalz, our values guide how we show up for our customers, our teammates, and the content we create.

  • Value Over Vanity: We measure success in customer impact, not surface-level praise. We focus on content that drives sustainable, long-term results.

  • Two Steps Ahead: We’re proactive and strategic, solving problems before they become blockers.

  • Power Source, Not Power Trip: We lead through service, energizing teammates and customers.

  • Pursue Mastery: We’re always learning, evolving, and testing new approaches.

  • Left Brain, Right Brain, Robot Brain: Our best work blends creativity, analysis, and smart use of AI — without sacrificing humanity or voice.

  • In the Arena: We experiment boldly and stay immersed in our customers’ industries so we can lead from experience, not theory.

  • Own performance reporting for your accounts
