LawnStarter: Director of Conversion Rate Optimization

Headquarters: Austin, Texas, United States

URL: http://lawnstarter.com

About LawnStarter

LawnStarter is the nation’s leading on-demand marketplace for lawn care and outdoor services, with over $100M in annual bookings. We’re expanding beyond lawn care to become the one-stop shop for all home services — and building a world-class conversion engine is our next major bet in that direction.

About the Growth Team

The Growth team owns the full customer acquisition funnel — from ad click to first completed service. We acquire 150,000+ new customers per year across paid, organic, and partner channels. Our CMO owns the visit-to-customer rate, and every point of improvement flows directly to revenue. We’re building a rigorous experimentation program across the acquisition funnel, and this role is the person who makes that real.

The Challenge

We know experimentation works. We’ve seen tests move conversion meaningfully. We have a testing program, methodology standards, a learning repository, and a coordination layer — but no one owns it full-time. Meanwhile, we’re migrating our landing pages to Webflow, which gives us full control over the pages that receive all inbound traffic — no engineering dependency, no sprint queues. The opportunity is massive, but only if there’s a dedicated person behind the wheel.

The Role

You are the conversion performance engine for LawnStarter. You own the landing pages in Webflow, build and run A/B tests in VWO, and use AI, Tableau and Hotjar to find the next thing to test. You report to the CMO and are the primary executor moving the visit-to-customer rate — the metric that matters most for growth.

This is not a strategy-and-slides role. You build variations yourself, configure goals yourself, debug tracking yourself, and ship yourself. You have no engineering support and you don’t need it. Your Webflow and VWO skills are production-grade.

Today this is a solo operator role. The expectation is that you build the program, prove the value, and design the function that scales it.

What makes this role different:

  • You own the full stack — pages, tests, tracking, analysis — with zero engineering dependency
  • We have a conversion testing program and piping in place — you’re the first dedicated owner to scale it into a rigorous experimentation function
  • AI is embedded in your workflow — hypothesis generation, analysis, variation content — not a nice-to-have

What You’ll Own

  • Conversion performance — visitor-to-lead (landing pages you control directly) and lead-to-customer (booking funnel you optimize via testing). These two levers compound into the visit-to-customer rate.
  • Webflow and landing page architecture — paid landing pages, thousands of organic city/near-me pages across all brands and services, and the CMS structure that makes them scalable without engineering. You own conversion optimization across the entire landing page surface area.
  • The experimentation program — a multi-quarter testing roadmap for the acquisition funnel, from ad click to first completed service. You build the methodology, run the tests, and feed learnings back into the next cycle.
  • AI-accelerated testing workflow — use AI for hypothesis generation from behavioral data, result summaries within 24 hours of test completion, and variation copy/design briefs that increase test throughput.
  • The experimentation function model — by end of Year 1, you’ve documented the team structure, tooling stack, and processes needed to scale from solo operator to a repeatable function.

Problems to Solve

Moving the visit-to-customer rate Two isolated levers compound into one metric: visitor-to-lead (landing page conversion you own directly) and lead-to-customer (booking funnel conversion you optimize via testing). Both have room to grow, both swing seasonally, and improving one without the other leaves value on the table. How do you move both simultaneously across all channels and brands?

Capitalizing on the Webflow migration For the first time, marketing controls production pages — no engineering dependency, no sprint queues. Paid search landers, thousands of organic city and near-me pages, partner pages, referral pages, home pages, paid social landers — all moving to Webflow, all needing conversion optimization. How do you build scalable CMS architecture, improve Core Web Vitals, and start running high-velocity tests the moment you have the keys?

Embedding AI into every stage of the workflow We don’t want AI as a side project. Hypothesis generation from session data and heatmaps. Result readouts compressed from days to hours. Variation copy drafted before the designer opens Figma. How do you build an AI-native experimentation workflow that makes manual-only approaches feel slow by comparison?

Requirements

Who You Are

Lives in Webflow. You spend most of your time building pages, not reading reports. Webflow is your production environment, not a design tool. You find friction through screen recordings, customer calls, and sales emails — then you ship the fix yourself.

Statistically sharp. We currently use two-tailed p-tests and build our own Tableau dashboards to call tests. You should have a point of view on when that’s the right approach and when it’s not. One of your first contributions will be documenting methodology standards for the team.

AI-native. You use AI for hypothesis generation, variation copy, and analysis acceleration — every day, not occasionally. If you describe AI as something you’re “exploring,” this isn’t the role.

Ships fast. You measure weeks in tests launched and learnings captured, not decks delivered. You’d rather run the test and learn than plan it perfectly.

Gets the stats right. You catch underpowered tests, peeking, and interaction effects. You know when NOT to test. You can explain results to a non-technical stakeholder without losing them.

This Role Is NOT

  • A strategy role. You will set strategy, but you also build the pages, configure the tests, and pull the data. If you want to think about experimentation without doing it, this isn’t the role.
  • A people management role (yet). This starts as a solo operator. You’ll design the function and make the case for headcount, but Year 1 is about proving the model yourself.
  • An engineering-supported role. There is no frontend dev building your variations. There is no data engineer setting up your tracking. You are the implementation layer.

Benefits

  • Base salary: $160,000-$180,000
  • Equity: Every point of conversion improvement flows directly to revenue across all brands. We want you invested in the long-term outcome of the experimentation program you’re building.
  • Healthcare: Medical, dental, and vision
  • Fully remote: Work from anywhere in the US
  • Unlimited PTO: Focused on outcomes

LawnStarter provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or genetics. We comply with applicable state and local laws governing nondiscrimination in employment.

Filestage: Customer Success Team Lead (German Speaking)

Headquarters: Remote

URL: https://filestage.io/

About Filestage

Filestage frees people from chaotic approval processes, making work more joyful and productive. From large enterprises to independent agencies, our review and approval platform helps teams share, discuss, and approve all their files, all in one place – including documents, designs, images, videos, and audio files.

We’re a fully remote team with people working in home offices, co-working spaces, and coffee shops all over the world. Together, we’re on a mission to create a seamless approval process that helps people deliver their best work.

We’ve raised our Series A and have over half a million users across 500+ companies, including AB InBev, LG, Havas, GroupM, and Emirates. So if you’re looking for a fast-growing startup in a booming market, you’ve found it!

⭐ This role is fully remote and we are only able to consider candidates who speak fluent German and are based in a European time zone.

Your mission: Architecting the future of CS

This is a pivotal moment for Filestage. We are currently evolving our commercial structure by separating Customer Success (adoption & outcomes) from Account Management (renewals & expansion).

As our CS Team Lead, you will be the architect of the Customer Success side of this transition. While Account Management handles the commercials, you will define what a world-class “Success” journey looks like. You’ll act as a player-coach: leading by example with your own high-touch DACH portfolio while building the operational standards the rest of the team will follow.

  • You define the CS operating system: In partnership with RevOps, you’ll refine the foundation for onboarding, enablement, and health-score management. You’ll ensure the CS/AM “handshake” is seamless: no gaps, no double-touches, and clear ownership at every stage.

  • You standardize value delivery: You’ll turn day-to-day execution into team-wide standards. This means perfecting the “Value Narrative” in QBRs, shortening Time-to-Value in onboarding, and enabling champions within our largest accounts.

  • You proactively manage retention & risk: You won’t just react to churn; you’ll build the systems to predict it. You’ll monitor health signals and run structured recovery plans, ensuring we protect Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) before it’s ever at risk.

  • You cultivate a high-performance team: You’ll lead weekly cadences such as portfolio reviews, risk assessments, and enablement sessions. Your goal is to coach our CSMs toward a proactive, data-driven approach that frees up human time for the conversations that move the needle.

  • You are the voice of the customer: You’ll act as the strategic bridge to our Product team, translating customer bottlenecks and feedback into actionable insights that shape our roadmap.

Life at Filestage

We believe people are more productive when they can choose their own schedule. So we’re proud to offer fully-remote roles that give you the perfect balance between work and life.

Here are some of the benefits you can look forward to at Filestage:

  • Work from where you’re happiest and enjoy a flexible schedule. We’ve been fully remote from the start, giving you the opportunity to meet people all over the world and broaden your horizons.

  • Meet up in real life. We all travel together at least once a year at our team retreat to have fun and get to know each other.

  • Enjoy a strong team culture. We’re a group of knowledge seekers, reflective thinkers, clear communicators, goal owners, problem solvers, and team players. These are the values we strive for to help us achieve our mission.

  • Join a happy team. We’ve been rated five stars on Glassdoor by our lovely team.

  • Create a workspace that suits you. You’ll get a €1,500 budget for hardware, as well as €500 for your home office — including a computer, webcam, or standing desk.

  • Get 38 days of holiday. Plenty of time for city breaks, summer escapes, and everything in between. You’ll also get a half day on your birthday to celebrate!

  • Volunteer/Charity Day. Enjoy a dedicated day to support a cause close to your heart.

  • Continue to grow and develop your career. After six months, you’ll get a personal development budget to invest in yourself.

  • ️ Make your voice heard. We trust our team members to make the best decisions to achieve their goals — no micromanagers here.

  • Say goodbye to pointless meetings. Flat hierarchies, fast iterations, and no bullshit meetings.

Job requirements

What you’ll bring to the role

  •  You’ve been here before. You have 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success, with a proven track record of owning GRR, running QBRs, and growing a high-value book of business. You’ve outperformed retention targets, and you know what it takes.

  •  You want to take the next step in leadership. You understand the core principles of managing a CS team because you have hands-on experience, remote experience, and ideally experience during a period of growth or transition. You are ready to lift people up, bring clarity to uncertainty, and set standards others want to follow.

  •  You think like a business partner, not just a relationship manager. You understand revenue strategy, GRR vs NRR, and how CS influences commercial outcomes. You can translate product outcomes and user adoption into measurable business KPIs.

  •  You get ahead of problems. You’re analytical, process-oriented, and proactive. You monitor health signals, build structured recovery plans, and prevent escalations rather than reacting to them. Silent churn doesn’t stand a chance.

  •  You build things that scale. You’ve developed or improved CS playbooks — risk management, churn prevention, AM/CS handover, account monitoring — and you understand how to create a repeatable, scalable operating model.

  •  You’re a team player with high EQ. You combine strong empathy with clear leadership. You’re fair, honest, and collaborative — and you know that our success as a business depends on the success of the people around you.

  •  You’re fluent in German and English. Professional proficiency in both is essential for this role. Spanish or French is a nice bonus.

  •  You’re built for remote. You’ve worked remotely for 2+ years and managed a team remotely for at least a year. You’re self-motivated, async-friendly, and comfortable working independently in an international environment.

OUR COMMUNITY

Our students, teachers, and parents come from all walks of life, and so do we. Our team includes people from academia, traditional/non-traditional education, big tech companies, and tiny startups. We hire great people from diverse backgrounds and experiences because it makes our company stronger. We value diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging as necessary to achieve our mission and impact the communities we serve. We know that transforming education starts in-house with learning about ourselves and our colleagues. We strive to be world-class in investing in our people and commit to developing you as a professional.

THE ROLE

Imagine being a teacher in Sarasota, Florida with a classroom full of 6th graders who haven’t had a normal year of school or learning since before the COVID pandemic. It’s the reality of so many educators and students who use Khan Academy – and our team is uniquely positioned to help them when they need it most.

We have no end of fascinating challenges that can only be solved with a deep understanding of our users, diligent product & UX thinking, and a strong drive to make a positive impact. Some questions we’re working on answering right now are:

  • How do we support district teachers and administration with the resources they need to improve reading comprehension?
  • How do we help students with learning gaps catch up to their grade level?
  • How do we center schools serving historically under-resourced communities in our product design and development?
  • How do we reach more school districts so our learning experience gets used in more classrooms?
  • …and more

The best part? Our work really matters: catch Sal talking to CNBC about low math and reading test scores.

We’re looking for a Staff Product Designer  to join our Districts team. The heart of this role is driving the end-to-end design architecture for our Next-Gen Administrator platform. We’re looking for someone who can approach a suite of products as a system – not just mockups and prototypes, but work cross-functionally to meet business objectives and create a competitive advantage in the market.

Some of the things you will work on immediately:

  • Increasing engagement and usability of our current school and district administrator platform
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, and product management partners on the longer-term vision for the Next Gen Admin platform
  • Support end-to-end information architecture across our multi-product ecosystem

You will play a vital role on an inclusive, small but mighty Design team, helping us fulfill the mission of the organization: to provide a free, world-class education to anyone, anywhere. We genuinely care about people and value compassion in our everyday interactions. You’ll be able to be yourself, feel valued, supported, learn and grow, no matter how experienced you are.

If you’re looking for the opportunity to shape the future of learning by shipping high-quality tools and solutions that help solve real problems for learners and educators, please don’t hesitate to apply — we’d love to hear from you.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Leverage your product design and systems thinking skills to form and advocate for a clear  Design POV for making enhancements to an existing user platform
  • Create end-to-end design artifacts–including journey maps, system maps, wireframes and flows, low-high fidelity mockups, AI-scaffolded prototypes—to test hypotheses around solutions impacting clarity, reach, engagement, and product cohesion
  • Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, Content, and Partnerships to iterate on existing products and design new experiences.
  • In collaboration with your Senior Design Manager, UXR specialists, and partners, plan and facilitate light research sessions to advance the decision-making process
  • Set a standard of operational excellence by driving the design side of projects effectively through strong project management, fast execution on design iterations, and clear communication of validated rationale
  • Join the cross-functional group that maintains our design systems, propose changes and additions to our design systems, review what other designers propose and help maintain internal consistency and usability
  • Build alignment across diverse teams by being able to successfully present ideas to a range of teams and stakeholders across Khan Academy
  • Cultivate a growth mindset (another one of our values) by soliciting feedback on solutions from key stakeholders and learning how to partner effectively with Brand and Visual Design to ensure what you ship looks and feels like Khan Academy
  • Invest in our org by mentoring, coaching and developing both your Design teammates and your cross-functional partners

Responsibilities may change as business and team needs evolve.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • At least 10+ years of relevant experience on an in-house product design team.
  • You are outstanding across information architecture and ecosystem design, interaction design, and prototyping, with strong visual design skills.
  • Have the ability to juggle ambiguous and broad problems/opportunities along with smaller well-defined projects.
  • A critical participant in design reviews, both in delivering feedback to teammates to strengthen their work, but also in soliciting feedback at every step of the process.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical partners, internally and externally.
  • Comfortable in ambiguous situations and dynamic environments that run similar to a startup, where you regularly interact with and gather feedback from Senior Leadership.
  • Scrappy, have a bias toward action, and love moving fast.
  • You know how to build strong relationships cross-functionally and bring people into the conversation when their input and buy-in is crucial.
  • A lean approach to product design and regularly ask yourself: how do we learn quickly and ship regularly? What’s the most concise experience we can deliver that still provides value?

Qualities we value in ourselves, and those who join our team:

  • Introspective, mature, low-ego, and emotionally intelligent
  • Growth mindset, willingness to learn and to teach others
  • Proactively seek out the people and info you need to move work forward and unblock yourself
  • High comfort level working within a strong top-down product vision led by our CEO, Sal Khan
  • Able to balance the immediate tactical needs of helping deliver and ship features with scouting ahead for what’s next
  • Comfortable with ever-shifting priorities and ambiguous situations, like you’d experience in a startup
  • Willing to roll your sleeves up and pitch in when a project goes off-script
  • Excited about education and engaging learning experiences, deeply curious about how and why people learn
  • Motivated by the Khan Academy mission “to provide a free world-class education for anyone, anywhere.”
  • Proven cross-cultural competency skills demonstrating self-awareness, awareness of other, and the ability to adopt inclusive perspectives, attitudes, and behaviors to drive inclusion and belonging throughout the organization.

Headquarters: 151 Yonge Street 11th Floor Toronto, Ontario M5C 2W7

URL: https://www.eventmobi.com/

*** EventMobi is an all-remote company and this is a fully remote position, open to all candidates with a focus in Pakistan, India, Brazil, Columbia, Argentina and Mexico.

You will need to be able to work in EST time zones. ***

WHY YOU SHOULD JOIN US?

At EventMobi, you won’t just build UI components.  You’ll help deliver meaningful product experiences used by thousands of organizations around the world.

Our front-end applications are large-scale React/TypeScript systems with real-world complexity: offline capabilities, cross-device support, and performance-sensitive rendering. You’ll work on features that directly impact users, while developing a deeper understanding of how modern front-end systems are designed and evolve over time.

This role is ideal for engineers who are strong in fundamentals, take pride in their craft, and want to grow into more advanced system design and ownership over time.
We believe great engineers take ownership of their work, collaborate openly, and continuously improve. You’ll be supported by experienced teammates while having the autonomy to contribute meaningfully from day one.

We also believe the next generation of engineers will be AI-native. You’ll be encouraged to use AI-assisted tools to improve productivity, code quality, and learning speed.

HEAR FROM OUR FRONT-END ENGINEER, MOEED:

“I’ve been here a little over 2 years, working across the front end, mostly focused on onsite and registration flows. What I have enjoyed the most here is a mix of real ownership and strong support.  You’re trusted to lead meaningful work, but there’s always someone ready to jump in and debug or brainstorm with you.

There’s also never a shortage of genuinely interesting technical challenges, which keep things fun and help you grow. The team is very collaborative and product‑minded, and being here has pushed me to think beyond ‘just code’ to how what I build actually impacts customers and the business.”

WHAT YOUR WORK WILL FOCUS ON:

This role sits at the intersection of hands-on development, product thinking, and continuous growth.

Build Modern Web Experiences

  • Develop responsive, high-quality interfaces using React & JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Contribute to features within our Progressive Web App
  • Help deliver reliable experiences across devices and varying network conditions

Contribute to Feature Development

  • Implement features from defined requirements and collaborate on design decisions
  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and senior engineers
  • Balance user experience, performance, and technical constraints

Work Within Scalable Front-End Systems

  • Contribute to a shared codebase with established patterns and practices
  • Participate in discussions around architecture and system improvements
  • Learn how to navigate and improve large, evolving applications

Collaborate and Improve as a Team

  • Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
  • Apply feedback to continuously improve code quality and approach
  • Contribute to a culture of collaboration, clarity, and shared ownership

Work Smarter with AI

  • Use AI-assisted tools (e.g. Claude, Codex) to accelerate development
  • Improve productivity in debugging, testing, and implementation tasks
  • Continuously refine how you integrate AI into your workflow

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

You’re a solid engineer with strong fundamentals and a desire to grow.

This role defines what exceptional product marketing looks like—from market intelligence to pricing and positioning—and establishes the GTM frameworks that inform how future products will come to life. You will act as the voice of market reality within the product organization, influencing early R&D, defining launch readiness, and ensuring every step from concept to commercialization is informed by measurable data and cohesive strategy. What you’ll do when you join us:

  • Develop and execute market sizing, segmentation (TAM, SAM, SOM), and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and investment prioritization.
  • Lead the creation and refinement of Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), buyer personas, and user personas (e.g., teachers vs. district buyers) using qualitative and quantitative research.
  • Contribute to product portfolio strategy by providing market‑informed perspectives that support alignment of new products with broader organizational goals and positioning.
  • Collaborate on comprehensive business cases, including financial modeling, risk assessment, and investment recommendations.

  • Map and optimize the end-to-end buyer journey, identifying opportunities to improve experience and conversion.
  • Develop and execute detailed plans that support revenue growth and retention, including new customer acquisition and ongoing engagement strategies.

  • Monitor and influence product-level profitability (margins, unit economics) in partnership with Product and Finance.
  • Assess existing assets (content, technology, relationships) to identify opportunities for reuse or leverage in GTM activities.
  • Align sales processes with market buying stages; develop and maintain a structured content strategy, tailored sales tools, and formal channel training programs.
  • Lead or collaborate on execution of programs, campaigns, events, and partner/channel initiatives, with clear goals and measurement.
  • Equip operations and support teams with product and market information needed for smooth delivery and exceptional customer experience.

  • Serve as the communication hub between Product and Marketing, ensuring alignment on roadmap priorities, customer needs, and messaging cohesion.

REPORTS TO

VP of Sales

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-obsessed, systems-minded Revenue Operations Coordinator to serve as the operational right hand to our VP of Sales. This is not a box-ticking role. We need someone who understands the entire revenue workflow from end to end — front-end sales cash, payment plans, backend upgrades, and refunds — and can serve as the single source of truth for total revenue reporting across the organization.

The majority of company revenue flows through the sales team as new front-end cash. This person will own that data completely, and will collaborate with Finance and Fulfillment to aggregate backend upgrade revenue and payment plan data into one consolidated, reconciled weekly view. Executives across the company rely on this number — it needs to be right every time.

You will own our sales data pipeline, calendar operations, call auditing, CRM systems coordination, and cross-departmental revenue reporting. You will produce accurate reports on a daily, weekly, biweekly, and monthly cadence, and you will surface insights and flag discrepancies without being asked.

What You’ll Own

Sales Data Tracking & Reporting

  • Collect daily call outcome submissions from individual closers and consolidate them into the master team tracker with zero data entry errors

  • Audit all data for formula accuracy, copy/paste integrity, and logical consistency — flagging discrepancies before reports go out

  • Produce daily, weekly, biweekly, and monthly reports for the VP of Sales and the broader sales team

  • Track and identify trends week-over-week and month-over-month, proactively sharing observations — not just numbers

  • Own spreadsheet hygiene: formulas must be correct, references must be locked where appropriate, and data must reconcile across all connected sheets

Revenue Aggregation & Single Source of Truth

  • Own the consolidation and reporting of all revenue streams across front-end (new sales cash and payment plans) and back-end (upgrade revenue and upgrade payment plans), producing a single reconciled view of total company revenue on a weekly basis

  • Maintain a centralized revenue master tracker that standardizes inputs from Sales, Fulfillment, and Finance — ensuring all data is complete, up-to-date, and internally consistent

  • Collaborate with the Fulfillment team to collect accurate upgrade cash and upgrade payment plan data on a regular cadence

  • Partner with Finance to validate expected vs. actual cash weekly, proactively identifying missed payments, discrepancies, or data inconsistencies — Finance owns cash reconciliation and collections; this role owns the aggregated view

  • Verify and cross-check revenue data produced by Finance and Fulfillment admin teams — this role is responsible for confirming accuracy, not just compiling inputs

  • Serve as the go-to resource for any executive-level question on total company revenue, payment plan status, or outstanding receivables visibility

Call Auditing

  • Listen to recorded sales calls and complete scorecards for closers and setters

  • Cross-reference CRM notes in GoHighLevel against logged call outcomes to catch discrepancies

  • Flag patterns in performance data and escalate findings to the VP of Sales

Calendar & Scheduling Support

  • Maintain an accurate, up-to-date view of confirmed calls and available calendar space for the sales team

  • Proactively communicate upcoming call volume, cancellations, and open slots to relevant team members via Slack

  • Ensure the VP of Sales is never caught off guard by scheduling gaps or conflicts

CRM & Systems Coordination

  • Identify glitches, workflow errors, and data inconsistencies in GoHighLevel and other company software, and coordinate with the ops team to resolve them

  • Submit support tickets on behalf of the sales department and actively monitor them through to resolution — not just submission

  • Track the timeliness and correct completion of automated workflows, escalating anything that falls outside expected parameters

  • Serve as the first line of quality control between the sales team and the ops/tech team — catching software-side issues before they affect reporting or close rates

  • Maintain a running log of open issues, ticket status, and resolved items so the VP of Sales always has visibility into system health

Cross-Departmental Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Finance and Fulfillment teams on a weekly basis to collect, verify, and consolidate revenue data into the master tracker

  • Communicate clearly and professionally across departments — this role is a coordination hub, and its effectiveness depends on reliable cross-team relationships

  • Ensure all outgoing data summaries are clean, clearly labeled, and reconciled before delivery to any stakeholder

What We’re Looking For

Mindset & Work Style

  • You understand workflows holistically — not just individual tasks. You know why a task exists and what breaks if it’s done wrong.

  • You are a self-starter who identifies problems and resolves them before being asked

  • You take full ownership of your outputs — errors are caught by you, not discovered by others

  • You communicate proactively, especially when something is off or unclear

  • You are comfortable with AI tools and actively use them to work smarter

  • You understand that being the single source of truth is a responsibility, not just a title — you protect the integrity of every number you touch

Technical Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel — formulas, data validation, cross-sheet references, pivot tables

  • Ability to audit and QA spreadsheets built by others and identify errors without guidance

  • Working proficiency in GoHighLevel (or equivalent CRM) for reviewing call logs, contact records, and workflow status

  • Comfortable working in Slack as a primary communication tool

  • AI tool literacy: you use AI to increase output quality and speed

Experience

  • Prior experience supporting a sales team or sales leader in an operational or administrative capacity

  • Demonstrated track record of producing accurate, consistent data reporting across multiple data sources

  • Experience aggregating data from multiple departments or systems into a unified report is a strong plus

  • Experience with call auditing, scorecard completion, or QA processes is a strong plus

  • Familiarity with sales and revenue metrics: close rate, show rate, call volume, payment plans, upgrade revenue, refunds

Reporting Cadence

This role owns the following recurring deliverables:

Daily

Consolidate closer submissions into master tracker; confirm data integrity; share updated call calendar and confirmed appointments for the next day

Weekly

Full team sales report (call volume, close rate, front-end cash, payment plans); consolidated revenue report aggregating front-end, upgrade, and payment plan data from Finance and Fulfillment; calendar capacity review

Biweekly

Comparative performance summary (current vs. prior period); trend flags for VP of Sales review; reconciliation check on revenue master tracker

Monthly

Full monthly sales performance report for VP of Sales and team distribution; total revenue report across all streams for executive review; cross-departmental data summary

Tools You’ll Use

Google Sheets

Microsoft Excel

GoHighLevel (CRM)

Slack

AI tools (any): Comfort and experience with AI-powered productivity tools is expected and valued.

This Role Is NOT For You If…

  • You need step-by-step instructions for every task

  • You treat data entry as mechanical — copying numbers without checking if they make sense

  • You wait to be told when something is wrong instead of catching it yourself

  • You’re not comfortable being held to a zero-error standard on reporting

  • You’re looking for a passive, low-accountability support role

  • You’re not comfortable working across multiple teams and being the person everyone looks to for the accurate number
