A propos de Mirakl Labs

Votre mission

En tant que Platform and Product Security Officer, vous rejoindrez l’équipe cybersécurité sous la responsabilité directe du Head of Product Security.
Votre rôle ? Être le bras droit technique sur les sujets de sécurité produit. Vous interviendrez sur des thématiques variées, en interaction constante avec les équipes de développement, SRE et architecture.

Vos responsabilités :
– Participer à la construction de l’équipe Product Security, en binôme avec le Head of Product Security.
– Accompagner les équipes tech sur les enjeux de sécurité produit et cloud, de la conception à la mise en production.
– Contribuer à la gouvernance sécurité des produits, à travers l’amélioration continue des pratiques et des architectures.
– Réaliser des tests de sécurité dans des environnements de développement (selon les besoins).
– Participer à la mise en place de bonnes pratiques DevSecOps.
– Être un point de contact transverse sur les sujets sécurité liés à la plateforme.

Profil recherché

Compétences techniques :

Indispensables :
– Maîtrise de Java, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS, GCP.

Atouts supplémentaires :

– Connaissance de GitHub (sécurité, CI/CD).
– Familiarité avec des outils de détection comme Sekoia.

As a Lead Product Designer – Gaming, you will BE responsible for designing and optimizing user experiences across our Poker & Casino products. You will bring deep expertise in gamification and mobile gaming to craft engaging and immersive user experiences.

– Product Strategy & Vision :
– Define and implement a strategic vision for gaming products, in partnership with the Head of Product Design and the Heads of Product for Casino & Poker.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

This role is for you if :
– You are a true user experience expert, with at least 10 years of experience in product design, including 3 years in a similar leadership role.
– You have a minimum of 5 years’ experience designing mobile apps in the entertainment or mobile gaming space.
– You have natural leadership skills and proven success in team management.
– You are highly organized and able to provide strategic direction to your team.
– You bring expertise in gamification, game mechanics, and the design of immersive experiences for games of chance.
– You have experience designing progression systems, reward systems, and engaging interactions.
– You are highly proficient with design tools like Figma.
– You possess strong skills in prototyping, design systems, and UI creation.
– You have great communication and mentoring skills to rally teams around your vision.
– And of course, you’re fluent in English.

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?
– If your application is selected, Pierre will contact you within a week for a 30-minute HR pre-screening.
– You’ll then BE asked to complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation, and reasoning).
– Within two weeks, you’ll work on a case study and present IT to part of the Product Design team.
– You’ll then meet Lucien – Head of Product Design (your future manager), followed by Thomas – Chief Experience Officer.
– Finally, Pierre will conduct the final HR interview and debrief your AssessFirst results.

About The Role

At Yobi, Applications teams bring the value in our User-Behavioral foundation models to market, creating scalable, highly profitable products with ML at their heart. These Applications products are key to Yobi success, as they ground the value of our R&D, power continuous experimentation and improvement, and provide significant data for improving our core embeddings.

As an MLE on this team, you will primarily be focused on the models, metrics, pipelines, systems, and services that power and deliver excellence via Yobi Applications products.

This role involves a large degree of 0-to-1 development, and will rely on collaboration with Product, core signals MLEs, and leaning on your own expertise and insight in building holistic ML-powered products. While we currently have a product in the market here, we invite big bets to expand impact and reach.

Significant “wearing your Product hat” is expected, along with driving results in the many domains required to deliver whole ML-powered products – we are a quickly growing startup after all!

What it takes to succeed in this role:

  • AdTech experience and product intuition for the space

  • Understanding enough about machine learning to be dangerous but not necessarily published in field

    • Worked on and can speak to some kinds of impactful consumer-facing ML problem, e.g. recommender systems, personalization, etc. 

  • Skill and attitude wise, can quickly contribute to things such as orchestration/Airflow, Bazel (build systems, really), CI/CD, Spark (we have both Python and Scala), and other SQL-y data computation backends as needed. Not everybody is going to be a rockstar on all of these, and we are making novel tech investments across the company, but successful engineers will see opportunity and a path to (first) PR, instead of “not my job”.

  • Good product sense, has opinions on what we should and shouldn’t be doing both in chasing product-market fit and on the implementation side.
