Moonpay: Product Manager, Partner

Headquarters: London

About MoonPay
Hi, we’re MoonPay. We’re here to onboard the world to Web3.
Why? Because we think Web3 is a unique and democratising technology. It gives people back control of their money, digital identity, data, and property like nothing else before it.
What we do
We’re the leading infrastructure company in Web3. This means we offer our partners everything from payment solutions (we call them ‘Ramps’) to minting software for digital collectibles, like NFTs. And over 30 million people around the world now trust our products — just take a look on Trustpilot.
We’re also big on collaborations. And we’ve worked on stunts, drops, and partnerships with some of the world’s most prestigious and forward-thinking brands.
But that’s not all. We have also built our own consumer app because we wanted to see if we could build a better Web3 account. It’s taken off in a big way, and we’re working hard to continually improve it and to strive for perfection.
So whatever your background, we’re sure there’s something for you here. Come help us build the future of Web3 and digital ownership.
About the Opportunity
MoonPay serves hundreds of the top Web3 Apps, Wallets, DEXs and Marketplaces, and we’re seeking an exceptional Product Manager to solve problems for our partners, and our partners’ customers. At its core MoonPay is a Ramps company and has successfully launched and scaled the best On Ramp & Off Ramp products on the market. In this role, you’ll help us define what’s next, and lead a cross functional team to develop innovative new features to add to our core Ramps products today, or even dream up brand new products and services to diversify our revenue lines.
You’ll sit within our “B2B2C Business” working with other fast moving Product Managers and reporting directly to the Senior Director of Product for the Group. You’ll own the roadmap and OKRs for your team, and will have a direct line of communication with the biggest Apps in the space to allow you to run your own discovery.
What you’ll be working on
You’ll drive the vision and execution of MoonPay’s stablecoin initiatives, bringing innovative products to life that are secure, scalable, and globally accessible. Working cross-functionally with engineering, compliance, and design, you’ll ensure every launch meets the highest standards of usability and regulatory integrity. From core infrastructure to customer experience, you’ll shape how the world interacts with stable digital value.
‍ About You
* You have 3+ years of Product Management Experience with a focus on fintech, cryptocurrency or blockchai
* You have a proven track record of leading successful product initiatives from discovery to execution. You’ve failed and you’ve succeeded
* You have a strong understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, the top players, products and emerging trends and technologies
* You’re confident talking to influential CEOs, CTOs and CPOs in the space, helping understand their problems, and explain how Moonpay adds value
* You have experience moving fast, and working in a high growth start up or scale up product team
* You hustle, move fast and find ways to deliver things in days not weeks
* You’re technical, highly data centric and focused on outcomes.
Most importantly, though, you will embody the core principles that everyone here at the MoonPay lives by. Our “BLOCK Values” are at the heart of everything we do – and they are…
B – Be Hungry
L – Level Up
O – Own It
C – Crypto Curious
K – Kaizen

Equity package
Unlimited holidays
Paid parental leave
Annual training budget
Home office setup allowance
Monthly budget to spend on our products
Working in a disruptive and fast-growing industry where the possibilities are endless
Freedom, autonomy and responsibility
Research has shown that women are less likely than men to apply for this role if they do not have experience in 100% of these areas. Please know that this list is indicative, and that we would still love to hear from you even if you feel that you are only a 75% match. Skills can be learnt, diversity cannot.
Please let us know if you require any accommodations for the interview process, and we’ll do our best to provide assistance.

Clerk: Product Engineer, Fraud Prevention

Headquarters: USA

About Clerk

Clerk is on a mission to solve user management once and for all. We are a globally distributed team dedicated to providing best-in-class developer experience, with obsessive attention to every detail. Today, we provide developers with full-stack React components and hooks like , , , useUser, and useOrganization. These APIs allow developers to build hard-to-get-right user and organization management flows. We believe that a component is worth a thousand APIs.

About the Role

Clerk is looking for product-minded Software Engineers to help us bring world-class Fraud detection and prevention to our customers. This full-stack role will have you work on nimble teams and connect directly with customers to define and execute functionality that developers love and support builders launching and growing their businesses.

What You’ll Do

We’re a small but growing team with big ambitions. This means you’ll have responsibility far beyond closing out pre-sliced tickets. We’re looking for people that are comfortable working across the stack to solve product problems for real users.

We will expect you to:

  • Collaborate with customers and teammates – be part of a world-class product delivery team that cares deeply about customer needs and the value of constant iteration. We’re fully remote, which means you’ll need to practice good communication habits to keep things moving.

  • Execute Clerk values engineers who execute. That means approaching work iteratively and reducing the time between feedback cycles.

  • Thrive in a dynamic environment Clerk is not well suited for engineers who expect every task to be a series of predefined steps. We believe the best approach is to -work- through our customer’s problems in the trenches and not merely -think- through them from the sidelines.

  • Be Customer 0 – Clerk is built on top of Clerk. That means the work you do to solve our internal projects likely will also become functionality that we release to customers as well. This is one of the most unique and exciting parts of Clerk.

  • Embrace a culture of craft by focusing on engineering quality. We want our product to be best-in-class, and so we need our team to write maintainable, performant, and well-structured code.

Who You Are

  • You’re a backend or full-stack expert who is happy in the backend but also comfortable rolling up your sleeves in JavaScript/TypeScript land if it’s needed. More over, you care less about the tools you use and more about solving real customer pain-points.

  • You write clean, idiomatic Go code and ideally also know your way around modern frontend stacks (even if not a frontend expert).

  • You love crafting developer tools that are easy, reliable, and even fun to use.

  • Event-driven architectures, Pub/Sub patterns, and scaling challenges are familiar territory.

  • You have experience with handling, sifting, and analyzing large sets of data (Bonus points for experience with Clickhouse)

  • You set a high bar for code quality, system design, and performance — and you’re not afraid to fight for it.

  • You’re passionate about building for other engineers and obsess over making their experience better.

  • You believe in solving real customer problems, even if it means making tradeoffs behind the scenes.

  • You love working on products you use yourself — because you know that’s how magic happens.

Benefits

  • Competitive Salary – We want you to know that we value the skills and experience you bring to the table. We go out of our way to make sure that you feel fairly compensated.

  • Equity Ownership – At Clerk, we believe in shared success. That’s why we offer a stock option plan so that everyone can benefit from the growth and prosperity of the company.

  • Work Gear – Set up your ideal home office with the gear of your choice. At Clerk, we want to ensure that you have everything you need to perform at your best.

  • Flexible Vacation Policy – We believe in work-life balance and trust you to take the time you need. Although we recommend 25 days per year, our vacation policy is unlimited. This is in addition to observing national holidays specific to your country of residence.

  • Diverse and Inclusive Team – Join our exceptional, diverse, and globally distributed team at Clerk. We are committed to fostering an inclusive environment where everyone can contribute their best in building impactful products and tools for the modern web.
