Every AI agent and automation at ContentJet needs reliable infrastructure to run. You are the person who builds and maintains that infrastructure — the n8n workflows, API integrations, webhook flows, data pipelines, and server management that keep our AI-powered operations running 24/7 without human babysitting.

Your work directly enables the replacement of manual tasks: when the AI Agent Architect builds a creator sourcing agent, you build the n8n workflow that feeds it data and routes its outputs. When a new content pipeline is designed, you wire up the APIs (ElevenLabs, Creatomate, Metricool, Google Veo) and make sure it runs reliably at scale. When OpenClaw agents need to be deployed and maintained, you handle the infrastructure.

THE ROLE

You are the engine room of ContentJet’s AI operations. Every AI agent we build — whether deployed through OpenClaw, orchestrated via Claude Cowork, or built with Claude Code CLI — needs reliable execution infrastructure. You own the entire execution and integration layer.

You will use Claude Code CLI to rapidly build and debug integration scripts, custom n8n nodes, and data transformation logic. You will leverage Claude Cowork with MCP connectors when orchestrating complex multi-platform data flows that require intelligent routing. You will maintain the OpenClaw gateway infrastructure that keeps our agents accessible across Slack, Telegram, and web.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Build and maintain complex n8n workflows that power creator pipelines, content production, outreach automation, and internal operations — replacing manual copy-paste, data entry, and coordination tasks

  • Use Claude Code CLI to rapidly develop custom integration scripts, n8n function nodes, data transformation logic, and debugging tools

  • Support Claude Cowork-orchestrated workflows by building the underlying API connections and data pipelines that MCP connectors rely on

  • Connect and orchestrate APIs: ElevenLabs, Google Veo 3.1, Creatomate, Metricool, Instantly, Apollo, Modash, TikTok, Monday.com, Slack, Google Drive, and more

  • Manage self-hosted infrastructure (n8n on VPS, OpenClaw deployments) — including deployment, updates, credential management, SSL, and troubleshooting

  • Support OpenClaw gateway infrastructure: ensure uptime, manage agent configurations, troubleshoot connectivity and tool availability issues across Slack/Telegram deployments

  • Build webhook-based integrations between AI agents (deployed via OpenClaw or standalone) and external platforms

  • Design error handling, retry logic, dead letter queues, and monitoring for production workflows and agent deployments

  • Optimize existing automation pipelines for speed, cost, and reliability (e.g., finance news video pipeline V7→V8+, creator outreach flows, content publishing automations)

  • Build automated reporting and notification systems that replace manual status updates and check-ins

  • Handle data transformation, formatting, and routing between systems — ensuring clean data flow across the entire automation stack

  • Maintain and improve the infrastructure layer that supports the AI Agent Architect’s deployments

  • Continuously identify integration bottlenecks and manual handoffs that can be automated away

MUST-HAVE SKILLS

  • n8n expertise (self-hosted is a must — not just cloud) — you can build complex multi-branch workflows with error handling, retries, and conditional logic

  • Claude Code CLI proficiency — comfortable using Claude as a coding partner to rapidly build integration scripts, debug issues, and develop custom solutions from the terminal

  • JavaScript and/or Python scripting for custom n8n nodes, data processing, API wrappers, and integration logic

  • REST API fluency: authentication (OAuth, API keys, bearer tokens), pagination, rate limiting, error handling, webhook verification

  • Webhook architecture: designing, securing, and debugging complex webhook flows across multiple platforms

  • Basic Linux/VPS administration: SSH, systemd, file management, logs, cron jobs, process monitoring

  • Experience with Docker (containerized deployments, docker-compose) — critical for managing OpenClaw and self-hosted services

  • Database basics: SQLite, PostgreSQL — enough to troubleshoot persistence issues, run queries, and manage credential stores

  • Understanding of MCP (Model Context Protocol) — how Claude Cowork connects to external tools and how to build/maintain those connections

NICE-TO-HAVE

  • Experience with Claude Cowork and MCP connector workflows

  • Experience deploying and managing OpenClaw or similar AI agent gateways in production

  • Experience with Make (Integromat) or Zapier in addition to n8n

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

Within 30 days: You’ve audited and stabilized our existing n8n workflows, VPS infrastructure, and OpenClaw deployment, fixing known issues. You’re using Claude Code CLI daily to debug and ship fixes fast.

Within 60 days: You’re independently building new automation workflows for client and creator projects using n8n and Claude Code CLI. You’ve implemented monitoring for our OpenClaw gateway and critical production workflows. At least 5 manual processes have been replaced with automated pipelines.

Within 90 days: You’re managing 10+ concurrent production workflows, our infrastructure runs at 99%+ uptime, and you’re the go-to person for all integration, deployment, and infrastructure work. Manual data handling and coordination tasks are effectively eliminated from ContentJet’s daily operations.

THE ROLE

You are the person who designs and builds complete AI agent systems from concept to production. You will own the architecture of multi-agent pipelines — defining agent roles, communication flows, tool integrations, and orchestration logic.

You will work extensively with Claude Code CLI to build, test, and iterate on agent systems directly from the terminal — writing production-grade code, managing project structures, and leveraging Claude’s coding capabilities for rapid development. You will use Claude Cowork with MCP connectors to orchestrate complex workflows that read from Monday.com, discover creators on TikTok/Modash, create Instantly campaigns, produce personalized documents, and coordinate across Slack channels — all without manual intervention.

You will deploy agents via OpenClaw, our open-source AI agent gateway, to make them accessible across multiple platforms (Slack, Telegram, web) with full DM and group chat support, tool management, and multi-model routing.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Systematically audit ContentJet’s operations to identify every manual task that can be replaced by an AI agent or automation

  • Design and build multi-agent systems that fully replace manual workflows: creator sourcing, outreach, qualification, brief processing, campaign management, reporting, and team coordination

  • Use Claude Code CLI as your primary development environment to build, debug, and ship agent systems rapidly from the terminal

  • Build complex automation workflows using Claude Cowork with MCP connectors — orchestrating Monday.com, TikTok, Modash, Instantly, Google Drive, Slack, and other platforms into seamless, zero-touch pipelines

  • Deploy and configure agents via OpenClaw for multi-platform delivery (Slack, Telegram, web interfaces) with DM and group chat support

  • Architect agent communication flows, decision trees, tool-use schemas, and escalation logic within the OpenClaw gateway

  • Integrate agents with external tools via APIs and MCP connectors (Monday.com, Modash, TikTok, Instantly, Apollo, Apify, Firecrawl, ElevenLabs, Creatomate, etc.)

  • Build AI-powered creator sourcing and outreach pipelines — from Monday.com brief reading through creator discovery to Instantly campaign creation, with personalized Word document guides produced automatically for team members

  • Build AI voice agents using VAPI + Claude + Twilio/Telnyx for creator and lead qualification, replacing manual phone screening

  • Write production-grade Python agent code with proper error handling, logging, Slack integration (multi-channel), and monitoring

  • Design prompt systems at the systems level — agent instructions, OpenClaw tool configurations, Claude Cowork task definitions, output parsing, and quality control

  • Create CLAUDE.md project files for agent codebases following enterprise-grade standards (security, design philosophy, code organization)

  • Continuously look for new manual processes to automate — the goal is zero manual work for repetitive tasks

MUST-HAVE SKILLS

  • Python (production-level, not just scripting) — you write code that runs in production 24/7

  • Deep prompt engineering — system-level agent instructions, multi-step reasoning chains, tool-use orchestration, not simple chatbot prompts

  • Claude Code CLI proficiency — comfortable building, testing, and shipping entire projects from the terminal using Claude as a coding partner

  • Claude Cowork experience — ability to design and execute complex multi-step workflows using MCP connectors to orchestrate across platforms

  • Experience with OpenClaw or similar AI agent gateways/orchestration frameworks for multi-platform agent deployment

  • API integration experience (REST, webhooks, OAuth, API chaining) — you can wire any two systems together

Within 60 days: You’ve replaced at least 3 major manual workflows with autonomous agent systems. You’re independently designing agent architectures using Claude Code CLI and deploying them via OpenClaw with minimal direction.

Within 90 days: You’re leading AI agent delivery across 5–9 concurrent automation projects, have eliminated the majority of repetitive manual tasks in our operations, and are training team members on agent-powered workflows. Manual work at ContentJet is the exception, not the norm.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

This is a full-time Backend Engineer role reporting directly to the CTO, open to either a late mid-level engineer ready to level up or a solidly senior engineer looking for ownership and impact. Title and comp will be calibrated to experience. You’ll have direct access to senior technical leadership and a real voice in shaping our architecture and roadmap with no layers in between.

You will design, develop, and maintain the scalable backend services that power Urban Legend’s campaigns, creator tools, and conversion tracking. You’ll work across a polyglot stack, primarily Python/Django and Ruby/Rails, and contribute to an active migration of our infrastructure from Heroku to Render. You’ll partner closely with product, design, and front-end engineers to ship customer-facing features end-to-end.

We move fast, ship often, and use modern AI tooling (Cursor in particular) as a core part of our day-to-day workflow. Above all, we are looking for someone with a strong bias toward action. You’d rather ship something today, learn from it, and iterate than spend a week debating the perfect approach.

 

 

 

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

 

Our backend ecosystem includes:

 

• A Django/DRF monolith (Postgres, Redis, RQ workers, Docker)

• Two Ruby on Rails services (Rails 7/8, Postgres, Puma)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

 

• A strong bias toward action. You ship, you measure, you iterate. You don’t get stuck in analysis paralysis, and you’re comfortable making good-enough decisions with incomplete information.

• Strong, production-level expertise in either Python/Django or Ruby on Rails. You don’t need both on day one, but you should be excellent in one and excited to ramp quickly on the other.

• Demonstrated ability to learn unfamiliar frameworks and languages quickly. We’ll occasionally need you in Flask, Node/TypeScript, or wherever the work lives.

• Solid fundamentals in OOP, relational databases (Postgres), REST API design, background job processing, and caching (Redis).

• Comfortable working in Docker-based local and production environments.

• Experience building scalable, high-performance, secure backend systems.

• Strong collaboration skills in a remote/hybrid environment, with exceptional problem-solving ability and attention to detail.

• Active, hands-on experience with AI coding tools, particularly Cursor, and a point of view on how to use them effectively.

As a member of the AI model team, you will drive innovation in reinforcement learning approaches for advanced models.   • Proven experience with large-scale reinforcement learning experiments, including online RL techniques such as Group Relative Policy Optimization (GRPO), is essential. Your contributions should have led to measurable improvements in domain-specific decision-making and overall policy performance.

  • Deep understanding of reinforcement learning algorithms is required, including state-of-the-art online RL methods and other gradient-based optimization approaches like policy gradients, actor-critic, and GRPO. When a new content pipeline is designed, you wire up the APIs (ElevenLabs, Creatomate, Metricool, Google Veo) and make sure it runs reliably at scale. When OpenClaw agents need to be deployed and maintained, you handle the infrastructure.

THE ROLE

You are the engine room of ContentJet’s AI operations. Every AI agent we build — whether deployed through OpenClaw, orchestrated via Claude Cowork, or built with Claude Code CLI — needs reliable execution infrastructure. You own the entire execution and integration layer.

You will use Claude Code CLI to rapidly build and debug integration scripts, custom n8n nodes, and data transformation logic. You will leverage Claude Cowork with MCP connectors when orchestrating complex multi-platform data flows that require intelligent routing. You will maintain the OpenClaw gateway infrastructure that keeps our agents accessible across Slack, Telegram, and web.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Build and maintain complex n8n workflows that power creator pipelines, content production, outreach automation, and internal operations — replacing manual copy-paste, data entry, and coordination tasks

  • Use Claude Code CLI to rapidly develop custom integration scripts, n8n function nodes, data transformation logic, and debugging tools

  • Support Claude Cowork-orchestrated workflows by building the underlying API connections and data pipelines that MCP connectors rely on

  • Connect and orchestrate APIs: ElevenLabs, Google Veo 3.1, Creatomate, Metricool, Instantly, Apollo, Modash, TikTok, Monday.com, Slack, Google Drive, and more

  • Manage self-hosted infrastructure (n8n on VPS, OpenClaw deployments) — including deployment, updates, credential management, SSL, and troubleshooting

  • Support OpenClaw gateway infrastructure: ensure uptime, manage agent configurations, troubleshoot connectivity and tool availability issues across Slack/Telegram deployments

  • Build webhook-based integrations between AI agents (deployed via OpenClaw or standalone) and external platforms

  • Design error handling, retry logic, dead letter queues, and monitoring for production workflows and agent deployments

  • Optimize existing automation pipelines for speed, cost, and reliability (e.g., finance news video pipeline V7→V8+, creator outreach flows, content publishing automations)

  • Build automated reporting and notification systems that replace manual status updates and check-ins

  • Handle data transformation, formatting, and routing between systems — ensuring clean data flow across the entire automation stack

  • Maintain and improve the infrastructure layer that supports the AI Agent Architect’s deployments

  • Continuously identify integration bottlenecks and manual handoffs that can be automated away

MUST-HAVE SKILLS

  • n8n expertise (self-hosted is a must — not just cloud) — you can build complex multi-branch workflows with error handling, retries, and conditional logic

  • Claude Code CLI proficiency — comfortable using Claude as a coding partner to rapidly build integration scripts, debug issues, and develop custom solutions from the terminal

  • JavaScript and/or Python scripting for custom n8n nodes, data processing, API wrappers, and integration logic

  • REST API fluency: authentication (OAuth, API keys, bearer tokens), pagination, rate limiting, error handling, webhook verification

  • Webhook architecture: designing, securing, and debugging complex webhook flows across multiple platforms

  • Basic Linux/VPS administration: SSH, systemd, file management, logs, cron jobs, process monitoring

  • Experience with Docker (containerized deployments, docker-compose) — critical for managing OpenClaw and self-hosted services

  • Database basics: SQLite, PostgreSQL — enough to troubleshoot persistence issues, run queries, and manage credential stores

  • Understanding of MCP (Model Context Protocol) — how Claude Cowork connects to external tools and how to build/maintain those connections

NICE-TO-HAVE

  • Experience with Claude Cowork and MCP connector workflows

  • Experience deploying and managing OpenClaw or similar AI agent gateways in production

  • Experience with Make (Integromat) or Zapier in addition to n8n

  • Familiarity with video/audio APIs: ElevenLabs, Creatomate, HeyGen, Google Veo 3.1

  • Experience with email automation platforms (Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist)

  • Knowledge of CI/CD, monitoring tools (Uptime Kuma, Grafana), or logging stacks

  • Familiarity with Slack API, Monday.com API, Telegram Bot API, or similar workspace/platform tools

  • Background in UGC, creator operations, or content production workflows

  • French or Arabic language skills

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

Within 30 days: You’ve audited and stabilized our existing n8n workflows, VPS infrastructure, and OpenClaw deployment, fixing known issues. You’re using Claude Code CLI daily to debug and ship fixes fast.

Within 60 days: You’re independently building new automation workflows for client and creator projects using n8n and Claude Code CLI. You’ve implemented monitoring for our OpenClaw gateway and critical production workflows. At least 5 manual processes have been replaced with automated pipelines.

Within 90 days: You’re managing 10+ concurrent production workflows, our infrastructure runs at 99%+ uptime, and you’re the go-to person for all integration, deployment, and infrastructure work. Manual data handling and coordination tasks are effectively eliminated from ContentJet’s daily operations.

THE ROLE

You are the person who designs and builds complete AI agent systems from concept to production. You will own the architecture of multi-agent pipelines — defining agent roles, communication flows, tool integrations, and orchestration logic.

You will work extensively with Claude Code CLI to build, test, and iterate on agent systems directly from the terminal — writing production-grade code, managing project structures, and leveraging Claude’s coding capabilities for rapid development. You will use Claude Cowork with MCP connectors to orchestrate complex workflows that read from Monday.com, discover creators on TikTok/Modash, create Instantly campaigns, produce personalized documents, and coordinate across Slack channels — all without manual intervention.

You will deploy agents via OpenClaw, our open-source AI agent gateway, to make them accessible across multiple platforms (Slack, Telegram, web) with full DM and group chat support, tool management, and multi-model routing.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Systematically audit ContentJet’s operations to identify every manual task that can be replaced by an AI agent or automation

  • Design and build multi-agent systems that fully replace manual workflows: creator sourcing, outreach, qualification, brief processing, campaign management, reporting, and team coordination

  • Use Claude Code CLI as your primary development environment to build, debug, and ship agent systems rapidly from the terminal

  • Build complex automation workflows using Claude Cowork with MCP connectors — orchestrating Monday.com, TikTok, Modash, Instantly, Google Drive, Slack, and other platforms into seamless, zero-touch pipelines

  • Deploy and configure agents via OpenClaw for multi-platform delivery (Slack, Telegram, web interfaces) with DM and group chat support

  • Architect agent communication flows, decision trees, tool-use schemas, and escalation logic within the OpenClaw gateway

  • Integrate agents with external tools via APIs and MCP connectors (Monday.com, Modash, TikTok, Instantly, Apollo, Apify, Firecrawl, ElevenLabs, Creatomate, etc.)

  • Build AI-powered creator sourcing and outreach pipelines — from Monday.com brief reading through creator discovery to Instantly campaign creation, with personalized Word document guides produced automatically for team members

  • Build AI voice agents using VAPI + Claude + Twilio/Telnyx for creator and lead qualification, replacing manual phone screening

  • Write production-grade Python agent code with proper error handling, logging, Slack integration (multi-channel), and monitoring

  • Design prompt systems at the systems level — agent instructions, OpenClaw tool configurations, Claude Cowork task definitions, output parsing, and quality control

  • Create CLAUDE.md project files for agent codebases following enterprise-grade standards (security, design philosophy, code organization)

  • Continuously look for new manual processes to automate — the goal is zero manual work for repetitive tasks

MUST-HAVE SKILLS

  • Python (production-level, not just scripting) — you write code that runs in production 24/7

  • Deep prompt engineering — system-level agent instructions, multi-step reasoning chains, tool-use orchestration, not simple chatbot prompts

  • Claude Code CLI proficiency — comfortable building, testing, and shipping entire projects from the terminal using Claude as a coding partner

  • Claude Cowork experience — ability to design and execute complex multi-step workflows using MCP connectors to orchestrate across platforms

  • Experience with OpenClaw or similar AI agent gateways/orchestration frameworks for multi-platform agent deployment

  • API integration experience (REST, webhooks, OAuth, API chaining) — you can wire any two systems together

  • Experience building multi-agent or multi-step AI systems (CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph, or custom builds)

  • Strong understanding of MCP (Model Context Protocol) — how to connect Claude to external tools, databases, and services

  • Understanding of agent design patterns: ReAct, tool-use, delegation, human-in-the-loop, autonomous decision-making

  • Experience deploying agents across multiple platforms (Slack bots, Telegram bots, web chat)

  • Strong English communication (written) — you’ll write agent specs, workflow documentation, and team guides

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

Within 30 days: You’ve audited our current manual workflows, deployed your first multi-agent system via OpenClaw integrated with Slack, and shipped a working creator sourcing automation using Claude Cowork with MCP connectors.

Within 60 days: You’ve replaced at least 3 major manual workflows with autonomous agent systems. You’re independently designing agent architectures using Claude Code CLI and deploying them via OpenClaw with minimal direction.

Within 90 days: You’re leading AI agent delivery across 5–9 concurrent automation projects, have eliminated the majority of repetitive manual tasks in our operations, and are training team members on agent-powered workflows. Manual work at ContentJet is the exception, not the norm.
