Key Responsibilities

  • Investor Onboarding Execution:
    • Own the entire onboarding workflow
    • Coordinate KYC, accreditation, and Blue Sky requirements with third-party compliance partners to ensure all legal and regulatory obligations are met.
    • Process and track wire transfers and capital commitments accurately.
  • Investor Portal Management (InvestNext):
    • Ensure portal accuracy, including correct entity mapping and secure documentation storage.
    • Serve as the primary data owner for investor records, capital commitments, and distribution reporting within InvestNext.
    • Track investment lifecycle status per investor and proactively escalate issues to executive leadership.
  • Client Experience & Relationship Management:
    • Drive a high-touch, white-glove investor experience that significantly reduces friction and encourages future reinvestment.
    • Track onboarding timelines per investor and per offering to ensure efficiency and speed.
    • Work with CPAs, fund administrators, and operations to maintain accurate investor records for tax and reporting purposes.

Requirements

Prior Experience: 2–5 years of experience in investor relations, investor operations, financial services operations, or similar client-facing roles. Experience in private investments or real estate is a strong plus.

Systems Experience: Experience with InvestNext or similar investor portal software, or the ability to learn systems quickly. Strong proficiency with task management software (Asana, Monday, ClickUp) and data entry/tracking in Excel.

What you will be working on?

As the Customer Advocate Lead, you will lead and empower our US support team to deliver an exceptional customer experience. 

Your first priority will be to hit consistent response times. We have a pretty solid foundation and our passionate team excels at delivering great experiences with our current processes—maintaining an average CSAT of 87%. We’re looking for someone who can take what’s working and make it even better. 

To accomplish this, you will:

  • Manage queue distribution in our chat support system and workload across the US support team to maintain target response times and SLAs. We’re aiming for a first response time of <5mins for live chat and a total resolution time of 12h.
  • Coach and develop team members through regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and real-time feedback.
  • Handle technical troubleshooting and empower the team to resolve issues that require strong product and systems knowledge, as well as managing customer escalations and high-priority issues.
